In this piece I sent out a few hours ago, I had the numbers listed below as daily deaths in Georgia. That was in error. Those are daily new case reports as provided by the Georgia Department of Public Health.
Daily case totals are declining.
On April 14, 2020, there were 779 cases
On April 15, 2020, there were 590 cases
On April 16, 2020, there were 506 cases
On April 17, 2020, there were 296 cases
On April 18, 2020, there were 106 cases
On April 19, 2020, there were 28 cases
You can see the source of the information for yourself at this link. I apologize for the error and have corrected the original piece with a notation documenting my mistake and correcting the text of the original piece.
I saw that earlier, as well as the chart. Hell it couldn't be deciphered the way I saw it at the time.
Erick, do you have an email that doesn't get bombarded with a bazillion bs messages? Or maybe you could ask the Gov the next time you talk to him, 'WHY are the lake lanier parks in Gwinnett closed due to covid-19, but NOT the ones in Hall and Forsyth counties?' ALL of the parks on Buford Damn Road are closed with the exception of the boat ramp, and have been for weeks! The best fishing to be had anywhere from the bank are at 'Lanier Park' on Buford Dam Road.
This is total BS! Everybody is doing social distancing at the parks and gwinnett idiots in charge are just that.. idiots imo!
I'm really coming to miss your evening updates on the air man due to the pete and repeat press conferences. Thanks for all that you do! I really enjoy waking up to your news cast in the mornings now. LOVE YOUR SHOW BRO!!!!
