The high gas prices you are paying at the pump are a direct result of the Biden agenda. Democrats believe they need to artificially lower the supply of oil in order to eliminate the demand. This problem is that’s not how the supply/demand curve works.
High gas prices are a feature of the Biden agenda, not a bug. His latest polling is reflecting this. Take a moment and watch this clip of my radio show today. You can subscribe to my premium newsletter for only $7/month or $70/year. It’s a great way to stay informed and help us grow.
I am a firm believer in Climate change. If you read up on the geological history of Georgia, there have been formation and destruction of mountain ranges. There were periods where the parts of the state were under the sea. I have found geodes with fish fossils in Blue Ridge. 65 million years ago the entire US had a tropical climate. The glaciers at the North Pole melted. The sea level rose to where much of the US was underwater. Later there was an extreme cooling off of the planet and the glaciers began to grow again and the sea levels dropped. The entire US was covered in glaciers. But, you know what is missing from these events???? Mankind (or is it now personkind?). There was not a single human practice (automobile) or any industrial pollution, C02 emissions etc. that had a factor in it. So, my belief is that that climate change is real....it is just not caused by any human activity and nothing we do will prevent these changes from happening over time.
So, we, the EU, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea will foot the bill for all this while the world's two largest polluters, China and India, are exempted from doing anything based on some "post-colonialist" illogic. The Chinese have already stated their intentions to build at least 30 more coal-fired electric generation facilities over the next 10 years, and India is studiously ignoring all this. Those nations have put their own interests, and in the case of China, its Asian hegemonic desires, ahead of any desires to do anything, which in practice means that whatever the rest of the world does will be more than offset by their actions.
The result will be that Western economies, and their ability to defend their valid national interests, will be crippled while China continues down the path toward de facto global dominion. We may have a somewhat cleaner planet, but we'll certainly have a less free and more totalitarian one.
