Considering that China and Russia have long viewed the agency as an impediment to their expansion of influence, do you think destroying it in a fit of revenge might just play right into the hands of our enemies? And, yes, I know that USAID funded a few very questionable (and, to the delight of right-wing pundits, sound-bite ready) programs, but should the baby be thrown out with the bath water?
Donald Trump and Elon Musk have a much better understanding on what it takes to deliver a set of programs efficiently than you or any lifelong politician or political pundit have. Also, with the programs that never had any business being approved by anyone being eliminated, the need for people to run those programs are no longer needed.
I am not a burn it all down kinda guy, but I also understand the reality - that disassembling this thing stick by stick will never happen. It can be rebuilt, and it will be fine.
We don't need a White House Faith Office. For Heaven sake, stop with the executive orders and creating stuff. Congress will need to pass legislation limiting how many and in what areas EOs can be written. It's all shortsighted, as it'll just be undone with the next president, and what's worse, additional EOs will be signed instituting leftist (Commie) ideology. Using EOs in place of legislation produces great instability. We have all 3 branches; use them to institute long-lasting change in the size and scope of federal power.

I think because it’s not specific to any religion and more “faith” is universal garbage that has been the norm recently.
