It All Comes Back To Afghanistan
This entire election has always been about Afghanistan. I know you don’t think so and, in fact, are not muttering about Afghanistan as you live your life. But hear me out and I think you might agree…
Joe Biden had an approval rating of well over 50% before the ill-advised withdrawal from Afghanistan turned a pivotal country back over to terrorists. The moderate, suburban, independent voter who couldn’t support Trump because of his lack of competency and compassion watched the deadly withdrawal from Afghanistan that resulted in 13 dead Americans and drew the same conclusion about Joe Biden. Now, they are taking it out on Democrats. Let me explain
The withdrawal from Afghanistan was an insult to entire history of the U.S.A. We were not that kind of people until all of a sudden we were. This makes a little jealous of the British who can hold a no confidence vote to get rid of the rotten apple. It all makes me wonder what is next!
It wasn’t the sheer incompetence of the withdrawal and lack of any strategic acumen Erick, it was leaving people behind. We have always prided ourselves on not leaving anyone behind. Biden did so after lying continually. He was done at that point. After disastrously withdrawing from a 20 year war that cost thousands of lives and trillions of US dollars, he stupidly got us involved in a border war between two corrupt leaders in Russia and Ukraine. He continues to give Americans the finger while not protecting the US (see southern US border).
