It probably is not wise for Democrats and members of the media to tell Americans they should just stop buying so much in light of shortages.

It is probably not wise for Democrats and members of the media to tell Americans how good they have it right now.

It is probably not wise for Democrats and members of the media to tell Americans that inflation is a high-class problem and people should stop whining.

It is probably not wise for Democrats and members of the media to tell Americans that inflation is actually a good thing.

It is probably not wise for Democrats and members of the media to tell Americans that inflation is transitory and will go away quickly.

It is probably not wise for Democrats and members of the media to tell Americans that higher fuel prices are actually good because it’ll move us away from fossil fuels quicker.

All these things happened just this week. All of them.

Joe Biden promised a return to normalcy. None of this is normal and making the American public the bad guys here is not helping the Democrats.

Luckily for Republicans, it is often in the nature of the Democrats to treat the people as if they can be replaced by another.
