Lies, Truth, and Tickled Ears

I read recently that someone made this solid observation:

You can get filthy rich telling lies to people who want to be lied to.

You can make a living telling the truth to people who want to be told the truth.

You’ll go bankrupt telling the truth to people who want to be lied to.

In the past week, well, see for yourself how the subscription rate here has gone as all I have done is write truthfully about the Iran deal and the consequences of the deal, even as the Vice President claimed it was all Iranian propaganda until the Memorandum of Understanding came out and it was as I claimed it would be.
