No Longer a Sham

Regardless of your views of the impeachment trial, I have largely ignored it because they had no intention of calling witnesses. Chuck Schumer, a year ago, said an impeachment trial without witnesses was definitionally a sham.

It is no longer a sham.

There will be witnesses. Several Republicans joined with the Democrats to call those witnesses.
