I actually do trust the election process in Georgia, having been both an elections lawyer in the system and knowing a lot of the good and professional people involved. I think there will be evidence found of some fraud, but not enough to overturn the election.
But for those keeping score at home, we’ve now got two counties where over 5000 votes not previously counted were found. One of those counties, Floyd, has provided good explanations for their oversight. I am awaiting the reasoning in Fayette County.
The net gain in each benefited President Trump, but not enough to overcome Joe Biden’s margin. Another county has two hundred or so outstanding votes. The numbers will also not help David Perdue escape a runoff.
I do not attribute to malice and fraud what can be attributed to incompetence. People truly need to be fired. Investigations need to be conducted. There are not enough votes out to shift the margin of victory. The hand recount aligns with the machines.
But people need to be fired.
No election is ever perfect. People emotionally invested in elections want perfection. There'll never be perfection as long as humans are involved and those humans, mostly senior citizens, are interacting with complex machines.
But two weeks from the election we should not still be finding votes. Again, this is not a sign of fraud. This is a sign of incompetence in several counties and heads need to roll.
I expect that most election workers everywhere are honest and they put in long hours on election day with little financial reward. But I think that in any large group there are going to be exceptions and the world has its share of evil people who did not have the integrity of most election workers and/or voters. I live in PA where for my entire life the PHL election centers refuse to allow proper observation by the GOP in violation of the law. This is not a new event this year, but what is new is the additional risk of bulk fraud with mail-in balloting and signature comparisons without proper bipartisan observation that have very low rejection rates relative to past elections (in PA the ballot rejection rate has been reported as 0.03% versus 1% in 2016, in GA the rejectino rate has been reported at .2% versus 6% in 2016 -https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/elections/key-swing-states-year-mail-ballot-rejections-plummeted-2016-rates ). For millions of mail-in-ballots in a state, this can make a difference of tens of thousands of votes and swing close elections.
PHL is known for fraud convictions as documented in these two articles, which includes filig ballots for nursing home residents without there permission and an election official deliberately using the voting machines to add non-existent votes (for which somebody paid him):

The PA lawsuit is essentially about numerous PA election centers that deliberately excluded lawful observers. While this doesn't prove fraud, the lawsuit presented in court yesterday argued that over 680K votes were counted in secret in clear violation of PA law. I am not sure what the penalty for such violations should be, but if it doesn't void the ballots (as the Trump campaign is arguing) or trigger another election, it certainly should have severe consequences for the election workers failing to obey PA law. Large scale fraud is possible with mail-in voting, as per the 8K ballots recently reported in LA ( https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2020-11-17/hawthorne-men-accused-in-voter-fraud-plot-to-attain-8-000-mail-ballots-for-nonexistent-or-deceased-persons ).
This level of fraud may have not happened in GA, but since 3 GA different counties have already reported finding thousands of uncounted ballots that benefited Trump, can anybody really be confident this was a fair election that accurately recorded votes? The difference between incompetence and deliberate fraud might simply be the case of plausible deniability, which provides no definite answer one way or the other.
Part of the problem is that individuals do not believe in personal accountability anymore. We've become very cynical and distrustful. Look what happens, politicians get away with all types of crime and the citizens of this country end up in prisons for doing the same thing or less of the same, e.g. Hillary C and the military man in leavenworth. I have become very distrustful to all journalists, reporters, TV pastors, politicians, radio hosts, etc. Maybe that was the plan all along. If we don't believe/trust anyone, there will be a "knight" to come along and rescue us.
