The Democratic Cultural Attack

The Democratic Party has one overarching problem: Americans don’t like them. Democrats increasingly elevate policy choices that impact a shrinking number of people. At the same time that Republicans are connecting with black and Hispanic voters at an increasing rate, Democrats continue to push policy focusing on rich, white, educated, urban voters.

It was less than a decade ago that Democrats and the media were openly speculating on the demise of the Republican Party. Make no mistake, this won’t happen to the Democrats either because there’s no such thing as permanent political power. However, Democrats are doing everything in their power to become a political minority as quickly as possible.

The Democrats have a major problem within their bubble. They interpreted a rejection of Trump as a rejection of his policies. But a lot of Americans who did not like Trump liked his policies and the Democrats’ rush to repudiate Trump’s policies is causing Americans to rush away from the Democrats.
