The Midterm Vibe Shift
The vibe has shifted in favor of the Democrats in the race for the midterms. Media outlets are gleefully reporting that Biden’s popularity has “surged” to a 12-month high of 44% and the raid at Mar-a-Lago has put Republicans on defense. What the media ignores is important: 1) inflation and the economy are still the two biggest issues for swing voters and 2) voters are overall deeply dissatisfied with how Joe Biden and the Democrats are handling those issues. The problems for Democrat don’t stop there. Take a moment and listen:
Mr. Erickson I pray that you are right. For the first time Biden is talking about what is wrong with the country which he is whole heartedly to blame and he is blaming the republicans. I surely do hope the this country can see through his lies. Thank you for all that you do.
All I can say is that if people elect democrats to the majority of either or both the House and Senate again, those people really deserve what they are getting. The rest of us don't, but there we are. But since there are republicans both in and out of office who really aren't fighting what is happening all that hard or at all, we very well may get the total "transformation" desired by the anti-American crowd.
