Iran has no friends in Congress. I think he's got the votes, including a lot of Democrats, to unite the country behind him in authorizing military action if things come to that. Although the Iranians probably already think he means business, there would no doubt after congressional authorization for the use of force. Instead, he's gonna spit on my Constitution again: ignoring it's provisions saying that before sending my son (or daughter - sorry, Pete) to war, we have to talk about that, through my elected representatives.
Stated generally, he could have sought to unify the country instead of searching for ways to drive us further apart.

For me, the point is the negativity. Nothing is ever good enough to celebrate, no one is ever allowed to be happy without always having those with less pointed out, nothing is ever good enough. I can be introspective without all the angst being pointed to me out EVERY SINGLE TIME. I just want to understand why I'm ALWAYS supposed to be as unhappy as those who continually point out the errors of my ways.
