Money Probs
House Democrats have a huge money problem with less than four weeks before election day. As Super PACs aligned with House Republicans flood the airwaves in vulnerable districts, Democrats have no funding for a response. Politico concluded: “The result is a shrinking battlefield for Democrats that has seen leadership and rank-and-file members alike pressuring the rest of their party, including Biden, to pony up more support in a bid to save the House majority.”
Even Democratic donors realize the House will flip to Republicans.
Virginia Parent Insanity
Virginia parents could face felony charges if they don’t recognize their child’s gender identity or sexual orientation according to a bill a state lawmaker plans to introduce. The move comes in response to Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin’s education measures that prohibit boys from playing on girls’ teams. Read the insane story at WJLA.
Dan’s Got The Dirt
Dan Snyder, owner of the Washington Redskins Commanders, is facing an investigation by Congress, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and two separate NFL investigations over the conduct of himself and his executives at the Commander’s organization. Fellow NFL owners want Snyder gone according to multiple people who spoke anonymously to ESPN. However, Snyder says he has dirt on multiple NFL owners including Jerry Jones and the NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. This story is wild. Go read it at ESPN.
