The special grand jury tasked with investigating Donald Trump and his associates’ attempts to overturn the 2020 election is formally recommending perjury charges to the Fulton County District Attorney.
Details: The report alleges that multiple people in the Trump orbit who testified to the grand jury lied under oath and will likely be prosecuted.

Democrats Worry About Biden’s Age
A growing number of Democrats who are worried about Joe Biden’s age are galvanizing around him for one simple reason: they don’t want Kamala Harris.
Details: Parallel stories at CNN and Politico report that age comes up in every single White House conversation surrounding President Biden. At age 80, Joe Biden is the oldest President in history. If Biden sought and won reelection, he would leave office at age 86.
Their thinking: Democrats are worried that Kamala Harris simply does not have what it takes to lead the party forward. Harris miserably failed in her presidential bid in 2020, can’t keep staff as VP, and admittedly is an afterthought in the Biden administration. To make matters worse, multiple hit pieces have been published on mainstream media sites questioning her competency with this New York Times piece being the most recent.
A Democratic Congressman: “And if he (Biden) were 15-20 years younger it would be a no-brainer to nominate him, but considering his age it’s absurd we’re not promoting competition but trying to extinguish it.”
Backstory: Stories of Democrats worried over Biden’s age was a headline that was seemingly in the news on a daily basis before an impending GOP midterm wave that never materialized. The Democrats better-than-expected performance silenced the doubters and put the issue to bed… until now.
