The campaign of Kamala Harris is sounding the alarm as a growing body of data suggests that Harris trails Trump among swing state voters on the issues voters care most about.
Details: Trump leads Harris on (1) the economy, (2) inflation, (3) immigration, and (4) crime, as a historic number of Black and Hispanic voters have recently moved in Trump's direction. The problems with Harris’s support among black men specifically were summarized best by Harry Enten on CNN:
Here are the additional data points that have the campaign worried:
More voters are calling themselves Republicans than Democrats for the first time in 3 decades.
60% of Americans think the country is headed in the wrong direction.
More Americans think Trump's last term benefited them than the Biden-Harris Administration benefits them now.
50% of voters think the GOP will make them more prosperous compared to 44% for Democrats.
54% of voters think the GOP will keep the country safe from foreign threats, compared to 40% for Democrats.
55% of voters prefer the government to do less.
55% of Americans favor less immigration, and the majority support Trump's plan for mass deportation of illegal aliens.
Harris is slightly less liked than Trump by registered voters.
More Americans favor Trump on handling Israel and Ukraine.
Fox News: In an attempt to reframe the candidate after refusing to do mainstream media interviews for months, Kamala Harris will sit down for an interview with Bret Baier from Fox News tomorrow night at 6 PM.
Joe Rogan: Three sources inside the campaign told Reuters that Kamala Harris may be sitting down with Joe Rogan for an extended conversation on his widely popular podcast as Harris fails to connect with men.
Time Magazine: Surprisingly, Kamala Harris has turned down multiple requests to appear for an extended interview with Time Magazine. Marc Benioff, owner of Time and a Harris donor, blasted her refusal by saying, "Despite multiple requests, Time has not been granted an interview with Kamala Harris—unlike every other Presidential candidate. We believe in transparency and publish each interview in full. Why isn’t the Vice President engaging with the public on the same level?"

WSJ: Mystery Drones Swarmed a U.S. Military Base for 17 Days. The Pentagon Is Stumped.
U.S. Air Force Gen. Mark Kelly wasn’t sure what to make of reports that a suspicious fleet of unidentified aircraft had been flying over Langley Air Force Base on Virginia’s shoreline.
Kelly, a decorated senior commander at the base, got on a squadron rooftop to see for himself. He joined a handful of other officers responsible for a clutch of the nation’s most advanced jet fighters, including F-22 Raptors.
For several nights, military personnel had reported a mysterious breach of restricted airspace over a stretch of land that has one of the largest concentrations of national-security facilities in the U.S. The show usually starts 45 minutes to an hour after sunset, another senior leader told Kelly.

Market snapshot:
I loved JD's response. There should be more of that by conservatives. "Do you hear what you are saying?" I suspect that most of the legacy media really don't understand what is going on. And getting them to repeat their inane questions increases Americans awareness of their cluelessness.
It’s pretty shocking to read that drones of unknown origin and intentions can roam freely over Air Force flight lines. Every time I entered a flightline during my time, I passed signs saying “deadly force authorized.” Yet, apparently it’s illegal for SF guys to interfere with these drones. One day, they’ll just descend on our $80 million fighters and detonate.
