The reason that Europe is concerned is that 8 or 13% can be significant. if you own 8-13% of the shares in a company, you normally get a seat on the Board of Directors and help define the company’s policies. If you become more than 40% of the population in a metro area, that voting block can drive the decisions for the rest. If you are 8% of the population but commit the large majority of violent crimes, the influence of the small group affects the majority. These are real effects that can’t be ignored.
No empire has ever lasted forever. They did, however, mistakenly believe they would and acted accordingly, leading to their demise. The British plan for World War 1 was to secure European ports along the coast so they could resupply their allies. Instead, they committed their small BEF to the trenches and it was nearly destroyed, leaving Europe open to Hitler and World War 2. The USA should prepare to seize and defend strategic footholds and stay out of the battles of attrition that will surely lead to its demise
Thank you for that, Erick. I have traveled in Europe six times since 2017, as well as a few times in previous years. Whereas I have seen some stark changes in certain areas of major European cities (Paris, London, and Athens in particular), the overall unique cultures continue to thrive. Nevertheless, I do think it’s wise for any society to expect immigrants to assimilate and for each country to establish immigration policies that work to their advantage, and ensure cultural survival.
When Hitler began to take over Germany, only about 10%-12% of the people believed in the Nazi Party. Look where that ended. 13% of foreigners/Islamists could/can do as much damage today to Europe or America. Assimilation must happen or send them back to where they came to “improve” their home country. All immigration must be frozen today (no asylum!) unless they follow a strict process and they bring value. No more free loaders.
Congratulations to them. Many of them will not be subject to strict Islam/Muslim laws that the citizens of those countries are subject too. Once they are subject to those same laws, will I reconsider. Have you lived in a Muslim country under their laws?
I have friends who have lived/worked in Dubai for the last 3 years. They are the ones who told me that American natives have some freedoms that the regular citizens do not. They do have to observe some of their laws, but not all.
X/Twitter is indeed rotting the Right's brain. (Ditto virtually all other social media.) It's astonishing how many people on the Right who pointed out correctly, under Biden, that X was not real life, suddenly forgot that, once Trump became POTUS. X could even be *less* representative of reality now, given that the algorithm has been tweaked to amplify ragebait, which drives engagement.
As for western Europe: demography is destiny. Those in Europe 50+ are almost entirely white Christians and atheists. Those 30 and younger are significantly Muslim and all population growth comes from Muslim immigration and Muslim births. Christian and atheist couples in western Europe can't be bothered to have 2.1 kids.
Some schools in Oslo that had zero Muslims in 1990 are now majority Muslim. So yes, including 75 year-olds, Muslims are a small group. But among the under 40's, and especially the under 20's, the future is clear: it is a Muslim one, and European Christians and atheists will be forced to adjust to the dominant and non-self-hating plurality. Mark Steyn's America Alone is the absolute must-read on these issues. And if you want to be amazed about how right he was way back in 2002, read Pat Buchanan's The Death of the West. He nailed it, but was ignored. Coulter and Malkin also tried to warn us.
Incumbents in Romania and France are rigging elections to keep their borders open - re-doing elections they lose, banning the most popular candidates - and now Germany may do the same. In the Netherlands, the open border parties openly agree not to work with parties that would limit Third World immigration. In the UK, Germany, and elsewhere, they are now incarcerating some who dare criticize open borders. The globalists will not voluntarily end the invasion of Europe. And they are guessing (probably correctly) that those of European ancestry are too far gone, and weak, to fight back.
Banding together is a tribal mentality and makes perfect sense to incoming groups in a foreign environment. We have Little China, we have Little Italy, we have New Rico just to name a few of the hundreds of enclaves from centuries of immigration. So, no surprise that the Somali's grouped together. But why in Minnesota? Why not bigger eastern and western cities as has been the more common pattern? Anonymity? A sheltered environment in which to achieve dominance? Off the beaten path and less noticed? I would suggest this was not an accident, but an intentional ploy, much like the unrestricted illegal immigration has been intentional.
We can poke fun at various individual ideas about the 'Why's?' of things, but at some point one must intellectually begin to consider a broader brush with which to paint.
The response above by Kathy regarding Twitter and our immigrant communities is so spot on I have nothing to add but only to agree 💯%. The fact is most immigrant groups in this country are is very accurate. However, being small does not change the fact that one of those groups absolutely refuses to assimilate and in fact has made it clear it is their intent to push their ways/customs & religion upon us; community by community. Therein lies the danger that we must be aware of.
We get what we vote for. We overwhelmingly nominated a shitposter to lead the Republican party and be president 3 times in a row so we get tariffs, a surrender of our global leadership, and conspiracy kabuki ( in the last month alone some of the golden nuggets from our shitposter and chief): Michelle Obama used Biden's autopen, millions of illegal immigrants vote in US elections. Musk saved the 2024 election from being stolen by Siberian hackers, etc.
The guy's entree into politics was amplifying and then leading the Obama birther conspiracy. What do you expect? He's like your grandfather that reads a bunch of sh_tpost conspiracies online and doesn't know how to decipther what's real. So he just amplifies whatever he wants to be real and makes millions of people believe it....
He was nominated 3 times in a row because the majority of the Republican party loves him. They love the sh-tposts because he says things they believe are "beneath" them, but they can live vicariously through them. I was in an evangelical group when Trump had Kanye West in the Oval Office. They were walking around chuckling about what Trump had done. Kanye referred to himself 3 times in the Oval as a "crazy motherf-cker". They would never use those words, but they loved it.
"Believe nothing you hear, and only one half that you see." -- Edgar Allan Poe, November 1845. Your piece this morning reminds me of all the times I have had first-hand knowledge of an event the "news" got all wrong; interviewees misquoted, "facts" carelessly tossed about, and the event wildly overblown. For reasons I haven't quite figured out, human nature LOVES impending doom, and the media, be it MSM or social, serves what sells.
Eric, I simply don't do Twitter, I don't do any other social media, I refuse to have tic-tok on my phone, computer, etc. I do facebook mainly to keep up with friends from long ago and family who can't seem to make a phone call or write a note. On another note, Islam really concerns me as their goal is for everyone in the world to become Muslim and they just as soon have those who don't be dead to all. This is real and this is true. I know I won't see this happen in my lifetime (not that much longer before I will be going home to Jesus) but I pray for the world our grandchildren will inherit. So Islam is a big deal to stop and shocked that you don't know this.
Unless you are near 100 yo, don't be surprised if Islam makes an overt attempt to take over the USA and Europe very soon. They already have virtually all of the Middle East, most of Africa, and much of Asia.
Jesus may arrive sooner than you think. We ARE in the last days.
Good Morning People I will just say social media and AI will be the down fall of the world people should live as people and not as computers or machines but thats the way of the world just Crazy. God Bless America have a Great Day
Eric you might want to look at birthrates. For every Christian European born there are 7 Islamic Europeans. So there might not be an immediate issue in Europe with Islamic followers taking over but it will slowly happen. There are already certain towns as you mentioned that are majority muslim or very close.

There are 100 mosques in Dallas. Someone has learned multiplication and it’s not Christianity.

Oh come on David, many people are moving to Muslim countries.
Congratulations to them. Many of them will not be subject to strict Islam/Muslim laws that the citizens of those countries are subject too. Once they are subject to those same laws, will I reconsider. Have you lived in a Muslim country under their laws?
Absolutely not.

Erick- you gave us A lot to think about!
I do know I pay Taxes on my SS.why
And a lot of the money is being wasted.
Russia and other evils are out to kill us.

There was an article about a city in the UK that 10 years ago was 10% Muslim and today is 30%.
Twitter is doing nothing but allowing people to post opinions on their platform. Twitter itself is not rotting people's brains.
People are doing it to themselves. The bubble of the right is equivalent to the bubble on the left.
GET. A. LIFE.
