Why A Recess Appointment Won’t Work For Matt Gaetz
There are certain attorneys in the orbit of President-elect Trump who are telling him that if the Senate does not confirm Matt Gaetz, a recess appointment can be made to install him as Attorney General. As much as many of you want this to be the case, it’s simply not plausible and if tried, the federal courts would most likely reject it. Let me explain:

I don't want Gaetz confirmed and I don't want him placed by using a recess appointment. I think Trump should change his mind about this nomination.
