Even as political campaigns continue to set new records for fundraising and advertising, Ron DeSantis and his affiliated Super PAC are blowing past previous records.

Never Back Down’s cash on hand entering the race is more than what Jeb Bush spent on his entire 2016 presidential run while its intended number of field operatives will nearly double the monstrous Bernie Sanders 2020 staff at its peak. The operatives will be working out of a boot camp dubbed “Fort Benning” near Des Moines that will organize workers to knock on the door of every possible DeSantis voter in the early states at least four times before election day.

While the media seems obsessed with the Florida Republicans backing Trump, DeSantis secured the endorsement of 100+ Trump officials along with a sizable portion of Republican state legislatures in Iowa and New Hampshire.
