Why The Wrongful Deportation of Kilmar Garcia Matters
By now, you know the story of Kilmar Garcia. Kilmar was an illegal immigrant who had credible ties to MS-13 but was granted temporary legal protections by claiming he would face physical harm if he was forced back to El Salvador. The Trump administration deported him anyway, but only alerted the judge when the deportation flight was over international waters.
Despite the courts forcing the administration to return Mr. Garcia to the United States, Mr Garcia will be deported again because the Trump administration has pulled back the asylum claims that would allow someone like him to remain in the country.
While the courts can’t force a President to permanently bring someone into the United States who is not a US citizen, I find this to be a dangerous game. But more importantly, the American left is up in arms over the wrongful deportation of a man with credible ties to MS-13.
But the larger issue that everyone is missing is the threat to qualified immunity by federal officials who are simply following orders. Let me explain:

So once again the taxpayer is on the hook, either for plane tickets winging these illegals around, or housing and feeding them here all because of Obama/Soros appointed judges. People are sick of this nonsense, yet here we are. At this rate, I see no way out of the quagmire that Biden purposely created with throwing the borders wide open.
Possibly slippery slopeage like everything...it seems when status quo is challenged that's the initial claim. Change must occur for the sake of the Republic
