Don't expect it to be dealing with domestic issues. He is bored and frustrated with Congress and its arcane ways and does not want to actually legislate any new policies. Rather, just jump from one big thing to another internationally that he considers "historic."
Last point: You should begin the countdown clock for when the PR blitz from the White House begins (again) on how he deserves the Noble Peace Prize, this time for his "success" with Iran.
Based on Trump saying we are getting ships out of the Straight of Hormuz, we should not settle for anything less than no Iranian Republican Guard. Bomb everything on the coast and totally freeze ALL Iranian oil. Then bomb every weight bearing bridge leading into Iran to stop shipment of arms and shipments of anything that will keep the regime in power.

The deal looks to me to be only a vehicle to open the Strait, with the added revenue stream to Iran.
