Twelve years ago, my microphone went live for the first time. As most of you know, I fell into radio by accident. The local guy on WMAC in Macon, Kenny Burgamy, left his long-time role as the voice of Middle Georgia. The station, owned by Cumulus, brought in a new guy from out of town, and that guy got arrested.

Been listening to you from the start, can't believe it's been 12 years! But I will say that you have risen way up to the next level once you took Rush's time slot after he passed. That extra gear kicked in and it has been a pleasure to listen. You have made him proud, I have no doubt he is looking down, smiling.

Well, let's just say that your name had a familiar ring to it, but I would lose the Trivia Pursuit question about who you are. I found you searching for journalistic voices of objectivity, reason and truth. I am happy I found you. I don't have to agree, just need to have my brain engaged with real journalism. I'm here because I continue seeing an attempt at objective truth. We all have our biases, but you do a good job IMO of attempting to push those aside and give us the facts. I appreciate that because I don't feel like I get that anywhere else.
