I am old enough to remember when Democrats claimed in 2022 that Brian Kemp’s voter reforms were Jim Crow 2.0 and would prevent black people from voting. Instead of accepting Kemp’s explanation that the reforms made it easy to vote and hard to cheat, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Stacey Abrams screamed racism and pressured Major League Baseball to move their All-Star game away from Atlanta in protest.
The media blindly accepted the leftwing framing and dutifully reported Democratic talking points about long lines and water being banned from people waiting to vote.
Instead, yesterday eclipsed a new record for early voting in Georgia with 300,000 people going to the polls. While it’s impossible to definitively extrapolate which candidate is in the lead, one thing is clear. All of the data says that Trump’s advantage comes from low-propensity voters who don’t vote consistently. If turnout remains high, this is a really good sign for Republicans. Watch:

I hope this is a harbinger of things to come. You have to believe the more people who vote (legitimately, of course) the better for the GOP. Harris' desperation is being shown daily, so her campaign must be aware of it, and their internal polling is probably telling them disaster lies ahead.
We shall see, but I have become warily optimistic all of a sudden. I can't wait to see how Fox handles her interview tonight. I hope they're civil and polite but don't let her dance around the questions. They need to force her to answer in something other than word salads.
