I don't know... it seems that she just believes that God is using Trump. And the prayers for Trump, in the name of Jesus, seems appropriate. I sure hope I'm not being sucked into something, but I tend to be less cynical on this.
I think it is really important to pray not only for the president but also for those who stood around him in the video, that those who are truly Christians would speak the truth and not continue to stand about while lies are spoken. I understand the challenge in the moment. But long term, these pastors need to stand up so that the Church isn't led astray even more. And I pray that Paula would have to step down. Or that true Christian pastors would leave the council instead of listening to her lies.
I knew Paula White early in her ministry, and my impression of her then was as now - she was and is a shill for her own interests. I’ve never thought that there’s an authentic bone in her body; there’s always been an air of “ick” around her.
I’m not saying this to pile on, but I find it very disheartening that this is the Christian voice with whom the President surrounds himself.

As for that video of Paula White in the White House..... I forced myself to watch it... and all I have to say is.... holy smokes.... that made my stomach turn. It made me physically ill. What's even worse, is that I know several people who think that video is one of the greatest ever 😝😝😝

The disciples witnessed the miracles, had the same language and culture as Jesus. They lived with Jesus during his ministry. They didn't have a clue about Jesus's teachings until after the resurrection.
If they could not figure it out, what chance do I have? My only chance is Paul's teaching that even if I am wrong, if I do it for the glory of GOD, it will be counted unto me as righteousness.
My KJ Bible states GOD raises up the rulers, and we should pray for them.
