If only the leftists had been successful in getting Biden to expedite the packing of SCOTUS. Wouldn't a 15-0 decision on this have been a thing of beauty?
Say what you will about SCOTUS, but they clearly understand that one cannot (in effect) be penalized for a crime for which one has never been charged. All of us humble peons should be encouraged by this decision.
Every Trump attack that has gone on since the Democrat establishment unleashed the FBI to illegally spy on the Trump campaign and then to exploit the global pandemic as a cover to destroy all opposition to the Democrat corporatist establishment machine, and then the actions of their judicial hacks to try and prevent him from running... these have been the only real threat to democracy that I expected to be resolved in the higher courts. And then these state high courts joined in the political malice and I lost hope that the highest court would prevail to fix what is broken.
Today that hope has been restored. This feels like 2016 all over again. I need to crank up my liberal crying pillow business again.
This issue of federal agencies being used against Americans is malignant and has to be cut out. It’s not a conspiracy it’s a fact that federal agencies are taking sides against conservative citizens. Needs to be made a campaign issue. Leaders in these agencies have made themselves a law unto themselves, having no fear of man and certainly not of God. The democrats are so good at lying I think some of them are not even aware of it. Democracy is actually on the ballot this November, but it’s opposite to what democrats say. To them, democracy is being ruled by an oligarchy they control. Conservatives have to step up and speak loudly about this. The msm is all in for the democrats... state media.
What you have actually is a band of liars that have zero economic or geopolitical sense. The world is on fire thanks to Dem policies. Definitely not the JFK Democrats I grew up with. Shame that the cabal installed LBJ. The slide to where we are today started than.
The liberal media will NEVER admit that their Experts were wrong. They were driven by their hatred of Trump, which clouded their legal judgment. The Supreme Court adjudicated this case as per the law and were not swayed by the liberal media !!
