Being an off-again, on-again critic means you are striving to be INTELLECTUALLY HONEST. That's the exception, by far, among most media/pundit personalities. I appreciate it!

Your are quite right, Erick, that blaming the victim and not the monster in the Hamas attack on Israel is reprehensible and a"...clear distinction between the sides in this election." Perhaps we can agree that it's also reprehensible and an important distinction when one candidate blames Ukraine (the victim of an invasion) instead of Russia (the monster who invaded).

"...clear distinction between the sides in this election." Yes. And this is why--after all the pros & cons are tallied--i will vote for a Trump/Vance administration.

Healthy criticism is a sign of strength. If our actions and beliefs aren’t tested, we really do become those sheep who follow blindly. True with anything that matters to us. I wish our party was more open to it.

Erick, I do not agree with you 100% of the time and sometimes bristle at some of the criticism that you direct towards Trump. But I am fully convinced that your criticisms of him are always based upon your principles, and I will always respect you for that.

The fact that the Dems all fell in line for one of the most unpopular POTUS candidates in recent history creeps the hell out of me.

I'm not voting for Trump, but I'm not voting for the Kamala Chameleon either.

"Vote Blue No Matter Who", and its GOP equivalent, is what is wrong with this country.

Harris will have her base, but methinks her campaign will be running on fumes by November.

I pray that we don't have too many who would abstain from voting, with that being the difference in the outcome of the election. Is your decision to abstain from voting so that you can say, "Don't blame me -- I didn't vote for ANYONE!"?

I enjoy following you precisely because of how you analyze and report on these issues. And, BTW, incredible ads could be created given the recent optics...Biden fiddles while the hostages burn.

One of the things I like about you and your commentaries is that you will be speak truth about both sides. Applaud the good things each does and criticise the things that are done wrong. Keep up the good work. I appreciate you and what you do to keep us informed.

While I don't pretend to understand why Putin does the things he does, it is very likely that he didn't invade Ukraine while Trump was president because Trump was harming NATO as president. He even encouraged Putin to attack NATO at one point. And was pushing to include Russia in the G7. It doesn't seem like it was out of respect of or fear of Trump.

There is a very clear difference in just about every area. How anyone can let their disdain for a person get in the way of doing right by their country is beyond me.

Consider how some Dems truly feel about our country. And there's no need to speculate; just look at their published comments, beginning with The One's January 20, 2009 utterance about "fundamental transformation" ... or Missus Obama's comment that "finally" she could be proud of her country.

Hamas does not want a solution. Their charter clearly calls for death to all Jews, Israel and America. Palestinians elected Hamas to govern Gaza. Hamas builds control centers and weapons storage in churches, hospitals and schools. Giving aid and comfort to our enemies is treason.
