I also think a lot of good conservatives (like Brian Kemp) live rent-free in Donald Trump's twisted, vengeful, self-centered head. The Orange Man IS bad.

The left has lost its mind. I think the blowback has already begun and it has the potential to be huge. From the stupid unscientific mask mandates to the left’s overt power-lust, 75 million Americans and likely far more than that have had it. Let’s keep pushing back.

I voted for Trump and would probably vote for him again. I doubt very seriously that he runs. If you have children remember how you told them to ignore the bully, or the kid throwing paper spit wads at them? The kids would say, oh mom, he's bothering me, I hit him, it's not fair. Oh well, life is not fair. Boo hoo. You better hope Brian Kemp wins. I hope all these people moving to the south and Georgia in particular that hate us, don't bring their lousy politics here. Maybe the south Georgia Boys will be enough to keep their politics in check.

It's already happened (moving here and bringing their lousy politics with them). After Zell Miller changed his political affiliation, Georgia became solid red until transplants from New England turned greater Atlanta purple. Now, it's a craps shoot. Kemp BARELY beat out Stacy Abrams, and Warnock and Ossoff ended up winning, albeit due to Republican's delusional belief that the system was rigged and their vote wouldn't count anyway. You miss 100% of the swings you don't take, and Republicans certainly chose to stand with the bat on their shoulders for the 2020 special election.

A very well-worded and balanced analysis. I honestly cannot imagine why Trump would want to subject himself to more of this dog & pony show than he already has.

Of course, I also cannot imagine more understand why he continually chose to "Tweet" when he just as easily could have defanged his detractors by ignoring them more.....
