“Anti-semite Temu Matt Walsh” brilliant, I’m cracking up here 😂

If we're referring to the same Matt Walsh who works at The Daily Wire, then he's not a pastor. He's a very traditional Catholic, like Michael Knowles, Candace Owens, and JD Vance (and Nick Fuentes).

I have absolutely no clue who Fishback is, let alone that anyone would support him. All of this absurdity, all of it, makes me think of a very wise comment... when you stand for nothing, you fall for everything.

While I occasionally visit Podcastistan on holiday to admire the crowning of new crazy political candidates I prefer to live full time in Trumpland where we acquire new territory either through executive order (Gulf of America) or simple social media post: "Strait of Hormuz - new U.S. territory"

Yup. And how many times now have we "bombed the ^&%$ out of Iran" without expending a single munition? Trump has somehow eclipsed Kim Kardashian as the world's most Googled big ass.

So much talk in these comments about the principles and fearlessness of people such as Rubio and DeSantis. If those two were actually fearless or principled they would be using their mouths to call out the crimes and corruption of their Orange Jesus rather than to kiss the ring 💋 🍊 🍑

I have a twitter account I also have a Facebook account I don’t post on them but look at them to see how crazy people left and right can be .

I'm a Hoosier, but Florida is what all states, and the world for that matter, should emulate.

And may God continue to bless Ron DeSantis.

Amen, the media in this country and social media is broken. Social media is exactly what it claims to be social GOSSIP. It spreads just like a rumor in High school up and down the halls and takes on an identity of its own before anybody even thinks to question if its true. And unfortunately main stream media and everybody else follows it right down the hall. It is a phenomenon of modern day too much information. We need to teach young people and others that the internet access to information with out critical thinking is like giving needles to drug addicts.

And how about all these polls that are now showing Democrats are continuously overrepresented.

This has been going on since 2016. Even back then most of my normal friends were not answering political polls. People are just too be busy. Cell lines have been overwhelmed with spammers, who got their information from big tech. During election season I get hundreds of text, mostly from democrat activist. 2020 was when it really took off, wonder why, because democrats were registering anything they could to vote, and those voters list are open to them. And then once they have the list, guess what, I think some of them sold them to others so we get even more spam. Activist, weirdos and college kids are the ones answering a large percentage of those polls, along with an unscrupulous group who use them to influence public opinion.

DSA, antisemitic, open borders, covid, climate and men can be women are the controls in this experiment of new age media and it is showing to this world, how quickly these people have gone off the edge. These are very concrete verdicts to most rational people and when you see them get out of control you can get a feel for the media and influencers and how they have taken it from the realm of possibility to the norm for many. And will continue to indoctrinate more people into their craziness if we don't stop them. Charlie Kirk was on the frontlines and they had him killed for it. He was on the campuses, doing direct debates with many of these young people. If you ever watched them most of these kids were idealistic youth and their arguments were quickly put to test, Charlie was just politely pointing out to them the error of their way and they couldn't handle it.

The key is to understand that populism comes in many forms and right now it is Democrats liberals and leftist that are using it to influence the country. You can go down the list of crackpot ideals, violence, candidates, ideologies and they are constantly bringing up new ones (DSA) and telling the rest of us we need get with the program, yet when we try it, it turns out poorly. But liberal ideals are often cloaked in ultraistic ideology that of saving the world or protecting minority and for many on the surface that seems like a bargain. But too many times they turn into Faustian deals that leads down the path to chaos. We understand we are frustrated with government, Obama was a freshman senator when elected, Trump a political outsider. But the next group of outsiders are not looking to make pragmatic nuanced decision to make our country a better place, they want to radically change it's foundations.

We have a chance to right this ship, and it is not in civil war, violence or revolution, it is in this next election. To lose will only support their efforts to continue the train wreck. If the normals will finally stand up and say enough is enough and democrat moderates can make the shift, not to the right but back to normal center left we can defeat them at the ballot box. If your a democrat take a strong look at your candidates and ask yourself do they really represent your values. Is it worth it to vote the party line. Will it really save Democracy or just lead to further harmful effects of this liberal populism. Maybe it is time to take a break, don't just pull the party lever, go out and vote. Do not let small margins of radicals in democrat cities like NYC take control on low voter turnout. To break the history of the party in power losing after a presidential election will send a strong message to the world we are on the right track.

Good Morning People everybody’s talking about 28 and Vance Rubio but I think the Rubio DeSantis ticket is a for sure winner and I pray it happens. God Bless America

The problem is that Rubio and DeSantis are both from Florida. My understanding is that that's a problem Constitutionally.

From Grok on X: "Fishback is the Americanized spelling of the German (*and sometimes Ash-kenazic Jewish*) surname Fischbach/Fischbacher. It breaks down to Middle High German "fisch" (fish) + "bach" (stream or brook), so literally "fish stream." Typically a topographic name for someone living near a fish-rich stream, or habitational from places named Fischbach in Germany/ Austria. Common among 18th-century German immigrants to the US."

One huge HMMM, eh?

“Wokes of the right”. My brain has to do somersaults every time I read that lingo to remember how it is being used…. Surely there is a better way to describe the racial scapegoating on the right.

Matt Walsh as Temu Pastor? I like that.

David's avatar

Sorry for back to back posts, but maybe I missed a joke here on the Matt Walsh comment. Sorry.

Allison G's avatar

He was inferring that the pastor mentioned in the post looks like a version of Matt Walsh you might order from TEMU, and he’s the antisemite version of Matt Walsh. Thus, the opposite of Matt Walsh.

Beverly's avatar

Thank you for the clarification. I too had no idea what that inferred. Wasn’t there a game show back in the day with a premise like that? “ would the real Mr. So and so please step forward”. Yes, I’m weird.
