Excellent. And many thanks to the Chicago Teachers Union for providing us with yet another practical example of the Left's tomfoolery.

This is a fair analysis if making a few more bucks a year is more important than the republic itself.

Fix the Electoral Count Act of 1887 to make the shenanigans of 2020 impossible to happen again and I'd feel a lot better about voting Republican in 2024. Otherwise, I'll stick with the perennial loser Libertarians. I'm not sure I could vote for Donald Trump as he's a bit too iconoclastic for my taste. And he's politically exhausting. And he has no respect for the Constitution.

Exactly. Frankin must be a low information voter. What good is a couple more dollars if the republic is gone? Unfortunately there are many like Franklin of all races that are unaware or dont want to be aware of what is going on. You are damn right Erick that I am interested in the 1/6 committee uncovers. The lengths to which some people (45) went to undermine the election needs to be investigated. The levers are being put into place now to prevent them from failing the next time. I cant understand what you dont take this more seriously Erick. I cant really blame you, like Hannity you know what side your bread is buttered on, especially now that your are in Rush's old time slot. I just wonder if you would be as cavalier about this if the perpetrators of this couple attempt had a D after their names. You do at least acknowledge that the 1/6 incident was wrong and it wasn't antifa that didn't, however you know it is deeper than that....

If the select committee were actually interested in getting to the bottom of it, McCarthy’s choices for the Republican members would have been included. The outcome is already decided. In a court of law, opposing forces are allowed to give their sides and the truth comes out. That's been denied by this ‘select’ committee. Nancy Pelosi’s involvement, and other entities are being ignored. This is political theater but it didn’t have to be.

The Republicans had a chance at a joint committee and shot it down. They were never interested in a fact finding mission. They were only looking to obstruct and obfuscate. They wanted to derail the committee because they are scared about what may be uncovered.. So Kinzinger and Cheney can't be trusted to do the right thing by representing the Rs? Jim Jordan ultimately became a person of interest and he was one rep that McCarthy suggested to be on the committee. A real fox in the hen house situation right there. After the riot the GOP wanted to investigate. McCarthy himself said 45 should be held accountable. Now the GOP has wanted to move on and sweep this under the rug ever since McCarthy went to Maralago to kiss the ring. Dont blame the democrats for this. Let's be objective here. Country over party.
