Congrats Erick. It's so refreshing to hear someone that is so balanced. You tell the good, the bad and the ugly for both sides of the aisle. Some of the other conservative shows I've heard are so one sided it's annoying. You're also a humble man of faith that isn't afraid to share your faith. I highly respect you and your efforts sir. I wish you had the time like before to have a beer with your listeners. If you ever resume that, please let me know. You're a great American!!

I can't believe Cox Media Group doesn't have a syndication team that can boost you, Erick. They're incredibly short-sighted.

Just read this from Frederick Douglass:

"The relationship between power and freedom's refusal to submit cannot, therefore, be separated. The crucial problem of power is not that of voluntary servitude (how could we seek to be slaves?). At the very heart of the power relationship, and constantly provoking it, are the recalcitrance of the will and the intransigence of freedom. Rather than speaking of an essential freedom, it would be better to speak of an "agonism"*--of a relationship which is at the same time reciprocal incitation and struggle, less of a face-to-face confrontation which paralyzes both sides than a permanent provocation." (The Subject and Power Author: Michel Foucault

Seems to be a pretty accurate description of our current situation, doesn't it?

Congratulations Mr. Erickson. My husband and I moved to Missouri a year ago. We continue to listen to you and I am very happy to hear Atlanta is smart enough to prefer your show to other things they could be listening to.

Congratulations Erick! I'm pleased you are doing so well in the Atlanta Market. You deserve the high ratings. Things are so grim, I've not been listening lately--just to survive--but I will be back.

The numbers illustrate what we already know: you are uniquely qualified to fill that 12-3 slot, not as a replacement for Rush, but as uniquely yourself.

As for Biden's numbers, the Republicans need to be smart about words, candidates, and pushback. Too often they make good ground and then (to maintain the football metaphor) fumble at 4th and goal.

Congratulations on the ratings news and keep on confessing!

Congrats on the ratings Erick! The McConnell punt only works if he keeps the Dems pinned back near their goal line. As December approaches - 4th down as the clock runs down - unforced errors by the Dems likely increase exponentially. Again, it works if they keep them pinned back.

Congratulations! Thank you for going in depth on political situations. I often know the outcomes I do and do not want but they make it so confusing. Your detailed explanation puts it all together for me!

You've been faithful to the truth that Jesus is preeminent. He's blessing you accordingly (Eph. 3:20-21). Keep it up, sir.

Congratulations Erick! Well deserved. The rising inflation should be an easy selling point on Biden's incompetency. However, The left always have an alternative view that they sell to independents etc. Their claim is that inflation (and gas prices in particular) is rising due to basic supply and demand issues. Lockdowns are ending and more people a driving and buying goods and services. This oversimplified response (used by all of the Left including the MSM) is easy to sell......and Liberals and Independents buy it in bulk.

The REALLY bad news for Biden is that it's Oct. 2021 - not Oct. 2022. There are so many new crises that can/will arise... ALL of which will be horribly mis-managed by Biden to make things worse.

The good news for Biden is that the Repubs have a longstanding habit of screwing things up and snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Congratulations. I have been with you from the beginning and look forward to Burbon & Butts.

Given where are, don we really have a debt ceiling? You, me, and even corporations can't raise our own debt ceiling. We require a 3rd party to agree.

Government spending is always a crisis it seems, the rhetoric is always the same, "why would anyone risk the economic disaster?" So they simply give themselves more credit. There is no objective control.

Perhaps a Constitutional Amendment that limits the debt ceiling to the average of the last 40 quarters + 10%.

Politicians need to be looking ahead, not at the next election. F-up the economy today and you will pay.

Same argument for the fair tax. If the Government wants the money they need to enable, or rather not destroy, our ability to earn money and spend it.
