Don't make bank on it just yet, Erick. The clown show in the Fulton County grand jury department is alive and well.

I relate more to two very liberal non DT hating Law Professors opinions; of Alan Dershowtz and Jonathan Turley. If not aware of what each of those are saying, then research them.

If he broke the law I have no problem with a conviction. However, as an Atlanta and Fulton County resident, I’m much more concerned about quality of life issues - keeping murderers, rapists, armed robbers, car jackers, thugs and the wild gunslingers off the streets than DJT. Keeping the criminals off the streets is a hell of a lot more important than Fani Willis and her craven reach for fame…. Americans are being punished for our past sins - DJT and Joe Biden (and their sycophantic supporters) damn fool and unserious clowns - all of them.

Don't be out walking your French Bulldog on Sunday morning in Buckhead. Yesterday, a 22 year old man was shot while out walking his "Frenchie". The thugs shot him, grabbed the dog and took off. The Atlanta police caught up with them, but they all bailed, ran and got away, and the car was stolen. The young man later died at Grady. I'm sure Ms. Fanni says it is unfortunate. Hey, take a load off Fanni, take a load for free.

That’s horrible. I’m sure the thugs are just good kids who got messed up with the wrong crowd and probably all have been arrested more than once… #TheAtlantaWay

If you get rid of Trump, there are other candidates to vote for. What thought crimes will we find that they committed?

Another bogus waste of time. People are done. Time to focus on the real crimes, high crimes, of the Biden family. This Trump stud is tiring and stupid.

Joe, you know I respect your opinion, so when I ask you something, it's always honest, not an attempt to 'gotcha' at all. But Erick's talked about all these indictments bleeding Trump dry of funds to campaign. I personally am choosing to just rest in God's hands about this, not going to stress, but also, not going to not act. I'll take action and be vocal, which is why I'm writing this. If all Trump's funds are paying for his lawyers, how can he fund a campaign? Also, I believe that every one of these indictments is political lawfare. What they accuse Trump of doing they do themselves 24/7 and twice on Sunday, so to me all this is a joke, and it's only purpose is to either tie Trump up so much he cannot campaign, or, stir up his base so much, that he is the nominee, and they believe he is the only nominee they can beat. I suspect the latter is true, but I'm not sure. And Joe, his base is already stirred, hard to stir them up more. I am not part of his base but will vote for him if it's a choice between him or Biden, but I'd rather vote for most any other Republican candidate. Lots of people like me. I wrote the other day that I wished Trump would entangle the Democrats with this endless lawfare, then lateral the ball and let another Republican candidate run in for the win. I know you think it's Trump or nothing. Always interested in your thoughts.

Hey Peaceful Dad,

Thanks for your well thought through comment. No doubt the Democrats, or whatever they are these days, are trying to bleed out Trump. 10-15 years ago, I would have probably been in the camp of Trump has too much baggage. These are different times. This is not my mom or dad’s Democrat party. Probably not yours either. Republicans have one many elections, Presidential, Congressional, etc., but they are complicit in weakening America. From WMD lies, to propping up the CCP economy at the expense of the American middle class, to endless wars, to having a very strong hand running up our national debt, the Republican Party has essentially failed. We lost the institutions from cultural to governmental while sharing watch with the opposition. I am increasingly of the mind that we have a Republican Party that is nothing more than controlled opposition. Trump, for all of his flaws, understands this. The DC cognoscenti took advantage of their insider status to surround him with the same old, same old. They fought him on the border wall, they fought him on how far to go on China trade and they lied to him continually on the status of Afghanistan. The other candidates look and sound like the swamp, save for Vivek. I am 100% convinced an increasing number of Americans view both parties as the problem which is why Trump’s poll numbers are so strong. He can beat Biden. He will get well north of the 74 million votes he received in 2020 (a record for an incumbent). The others? No more than 60 million. And that will lose. The overriding reason? Americans believe in fair play and as more information on things like 1/6 (see Tucker Carlson’s interview with Steven Sund) get out, Trump will not only be seen as fighting for the non-elites, he will be viewed empathetically as well. And that is a killer combination.

I agree with you about Vivek. Also, I scratch my head when I read people saying if Trump’s the nominee, they won’t vote for him. Biden is as least as bad as Trump, but with advantage of a hostage media. That’ll the definition of shooting yourself in the foot. I think most conservatives are turned off by mean tweets, unforced errors. Thanks ver much for the detailed response. (But what about campaign funding?)

Trump gets so much free media and his brand is so prevalent that I’m not sure it matters as much. Frankly, campaign funding helps the consultants and various leeches around consultants more than a lot of candidates.

Whether guilty or not is beside the point. When people indict you or try to lock you up for saying something is fraud. It’s probably fraud.

I didn’t and haven’t believed anything or much of what Qanon has spewed. Yet they are 4-0 when it comes to conspiracy theories.

One I didn’t really give much credence to was the pedophile network they talked about. Surely that can’t be true. But then the reaction to sound of freedom?

A true story that wasn’t fabricated?

So we have lab leaks, relentless prosecution of political rivals, unlawful imprisonment of American citizens without charges AKA political prisoners, a president saying he would nuke his own people to stay in power. What world are we living in again?

A world where Satan is dancing the light fandango across the face of the earth and is having a grand old time harvesting souls at a record place. Y'all go ahead and laugh at me. The force for evil is real. We call the source of evil in this universe Satan and other names. But evil is real.

I'd like (from erick) to hear more about the lawyers, destroying the lives of the lawyers there representing Trump or even say what they are doing in bringing us closer to a banana republic.
