A heartbreaking video has been floating around the web of a grown woman claiming she has lost her father. No, he’s not dead. He’s alive and well but a Trump supporter. This woman chose to end a relationship with her only father over a political candidate whom neither of them have a personal relationship with.
With two days before an election, politics has morphed into an all-consuming force for many Americans who are convinced the country will end if their candidate is not elected. The harsh reality is there is a very reasonable chance that Kamala Harris or Donald Trump will be your next President and either way your life will not be dramatically impacted.
Yes, if Harris is President, taxes will go up. Yes, if Trump is President, taxes will go up. Yes, depending on your preference, policies will be enacted you do not like, but that’s the nature of every presidency.
This is an important reminder that for all of the passion surrounding national politics this week, perspective matters and your local government impacts the day-to-day nature of your life significantly more. And you? You’re supposed to love the Lord and love your neighbor.
Whoever wins on Tuesday, God’s will is being done. Watch:
Been saying that for a while now. God is great. If you read revelations it is said many things like this would happen. Including a passage mentioning a character much like Kamala.
No I no longer think things end with a Kamala election. But many things go wrong and life will be much harder with her at the helm.
Is it going to be ok? No.
Will I be ok? Will you be ok? Sure. We all will.
But this whole political situation is not ok.
The impropriety in the election is not ok.
Democrats overall are not ok.
Yes the lord and Jesus are supreme. But they gave us the intelligence and willpower to vote. He gave us a nation were we could freely choose and practice our religion. The devil himself is trying to destroy that through the democrats and while this is not a fight with guns and bombs. It is a cultural war with morals and values.
Teach your children well and vote for them.
That’s all I have to say.
SP, could not agree with you more. I voted for Trump as his policies are far more aligned with mine; however if he looses the one upside will be the end of Trumpian politics (I pray)!!! Of all of my close friends who voted for Trump, literally every one of them (without exception) cannot stand him and wish we had nominated someone else to represent the GOP. I am so tired of how maniacally stupid the GOP (my party) is on many issues, and what we allow our messaging to be. We have an exceptional bench of great talent, (Haley, DeSantis, Youngkin, and the list goes on) just waiting. Lets hope they bring back some semblance dignity and grace.
