I am not a fan of a majority of Republicans and rarely vote for that reason. I voted for Trump because he was a nice change. I will not vote if my only choice is a RINO or a Democrat. Example, I do not think Kemp has done a good job. The things he wants credit for are simply things he should do by virtue of party. Kemp has not shown he’s a fighter or a Leader. Kemp reminds me of your typical Chamber of Commerce type Republican.

I am leery of the Club for Growth because we are currently seeing them spread lies about a Congressional candidate in a special election. They contribute heavily to Ted Cruz who, in turn, has attacked the candidate.

Only one thing matters in today's GOP (also known as The Cult of the Orange Turd): total loyalty and devotion to the Cult Leader. The Leader (also known as Big Brother) is also going to primary/purge/cancel Chip Roy for not paying proper homage to the Leader. We live in insane times. (I haven't even gotten to the Democrats yet...)

Proving once again that there is but one criteria for the GOP: fealty to Trump.

Ok, so what to do? Don't know about Eric, but I say make noise!! All of us get on the horn to our representatives and let them get inundated with calls of "bad choice", and we want Roy!!! Make it loud enough to scare them into "possible recall" disappointed!

Also let TRUMP know it! Either pick real conservatives, or stay out of it!

“Republicans in the House chose Stefanik against Chip Roy of Texas, who is in line with the conference. They did so because Kevin McCarthy told them to.”

Yes—and McCarthy did so because Trump told *him* to.

Pathetic, shameful, cowardly—all for power and self-interest. And decidedly not conservative.

I think Glenn Greenwald’s take on Cheney should be read and shared by everyone. The Stefanik-Chip Roy deal is a side show.

Remember when Republicans made fun of Democrats over the cult of personality with Obama? Ah, the good old days!

I had to look this up, to make sure it wasn't a joke. No joke. Omar has a lifetime score of 38 percent, and Stefanik is 35 percent. Must be the earmarks.

Disappointing, to say the least.
