How funny! You’ve been writing for weeks about the red wave - maybe you should set the example and fall on your swords.

Wake up people. Erick you are 100 percent wrong. What happened to you? Stop letting the mainstream media influence you. People do not split there votes. Why would you vote Republican down ticket but not upticket? It makes no sense. Are people really that stupid? So o guess people are ok with high inflation high crime high taxes lying politicians as long as Trump or anybody he supports does not win? Really? Nobody I know does that. Get real Erick and stop defending the establishment.

Agree with our assessment of the Georgia GOP. It has been a s**t show for years. I only gave to one candidate this election, and that was by paper check. The GOP needs to quit pestering folks that give to candidates. I have blocked well over 100 phone number and 100 text numbers this cycle alone and I am a small fish contributor.

Rush used to say "For Democrats, failure is a resume' enhancer." Republican leaders seem to have adopted that philosophy.

Clear 'em all out.

Zeldin for RNC chair.

Jim Jordan for Speaker

Luke Donald for minority leader

Not sure who for Republican leader in the Senate.

You're right Erick. Nobody wants to be held responsible for their screwups. The earliest I saw this was with Slick Willy and his travails although I'm sure it goes back further.

Lake’s comments about not needing the McCain Republicans in AZ came back to bite her. Trumps revenge primary tour caused Ducey to not enter the Senate race when he was far more electable and would probably have lifted the whole Rep ticket. After 2020 it was sbout Trump nursing his grievance and not about Republicans wining the election...

I don’t regret my votes forTrump but it’s time to move on we have a chance to correct the problems in The GOP but somebody has to get some balls and soon get rid of the grifters and reward the winners like Lee Zelden who helped the GOP move the needle

This was always the fundamental problem with Donny. He himself is mostly just a spoiled rich kid who gets to live out his fantasies of power and influence but has ushered in the radical nihilism that is completely rotting the party from the inside

Because no one accepts responsibility for their mistakes- why should they, when it’s so easy just to shrug and say “Well, you know . . . Trump” and they get a free pass because Trump is so polarizing? I am embarrassed for the GOP right now, and devoutly hope Trump chooses not to run again and waste so much time and energy and suck up SO much media attention. The worst thing you can do to someone who craves attention is to ignore them. I hate saying that, because Trump was doing a good job as President, in spite of the media, until COVID reared its ugly head - but everyone was working in a vacuum at that point, so I don’t think anyone else could have done much better. But I still cringe at that 1st presidential debate when he kept interrupting Biden. He was treating the debate as a grade-school playground brawl with all the name calling and interruptions. Not strategic, and not Presidential.

In the days leading up to the election, i heard many talking head laughing at the Democrats for wasting their campaign money funding the elections of radical Republicans in the primary season. Since the election, I have not heard the first mention on this policy.

BTW, I agree that we need the GOP leadership to step aside.

Between the data points of Florida and Arizona, also GA, it is objectively clear that Trump is done. He is a fool if his announcement tonight is he is running for President. Any candidate that accepts Trump's endorsement and money deserves to loose, thay are just an extension of Trump's ego.

I suspect his next scandal will be a campaign finance investigation.

I agree with all except one voters had no choice but to vote the way they did based on the candidates. “Truth “

When will the next Georgia GOP head be selected? Can’t a triumphant Kemp dictate who it will be? I think that’s what a President does on the National level.

This may be naive, but why do donations have to go into a “Pak”. ? Why can’t I donate to the candidate of MY choice instead of dumping it into a slush fund where one person doles it out to whoever THEY want. And when did elections get so damned expensive? You could get this country out of debt with the amount of money spent on elections.. Just asking.

Dump them all. Especially the grifter in chief. Trump. Geez. And I voted for him twice.

The "Red Wave" morphed into an "Orange Trickle", thanks to a former President who was rejected twice by the independent/swing voters who decide elections. But there can be no accountability if all you have to do is scream "the election was stolen", over and over, and/or blame Mitch McConnell every time you lose. These people are the Democrat's best friends.

Ronna ROMNEY McDaniel, Tom Emmers etc. will keep their jobs as long as they keep humping the leg of the GOP Godfather in Mar-a-Lago. No matter how many Senate seats they give the Democrats.

And some of the best we've got--Brian Kemp, Ron DeSantis come to mind--will continue to be attacked.
