People that have suceeded in the private sector are looked down upon by those that have relied on government for their success. Government is the answer for almost everything to them. Reagan was so right when he said the most frightning words are "I'm from the government and I'm here to Help"

I think its foolish to attack Walz's lack of financial investments. He was a teacher, he was guaranteed a (I assume) generous pension by the deep blue state of MN, and presumably did not have a ton of excess income to invest on his own. He is not an outlier in that regard and I think its politically damaging to equate this to financial illiteracy- didn't I read a whole piece on Grace this morning???

Re: "No Private Sector Experience Required":

Harris isn't the only one. Obama and Bill Clinton appointed cabinet secretaries who didn't have any private sector experience either.

The Democrats in power enact layers of new rules and laws that continue to destroy the paths toward individual economic opportunity, and then they media brainblast the voters blaming the shrinking population of remaining business for causing their misery, so the voters give them even more power to "correct" all the problems.

What a scam those Democrats have... create all the problems that you then farm for more power to create more problems to farm for more power so you can create more problems to farm for more power....

This is the cycle moving a once great country to a dystopian pile of rubble... and the Chinese communists approve of it.

There is a saying that people in democracy generally deserve the government they get.

The looting class in power because they feed the mooching class from the work of the producing class. Ayn Rand nailed it. She warned us about it, and yet we cannot seem to stop living in an Atlas Shrugged dystopia.

Today we should never have a President lacking notable private sector experience. I am good with them lacking military experience today, because today and going forward US safety and security is almost 100% a challenge of domestic economic health. Today America's domestic economic health is not good, and the trajectory over the last four years has accelerated its sickness.

Reading Neil Gorsuch's book "Over Ruled - The Human Toll of Too Much Law". Highly recommend it. It covers what every business-minded, business-experienced American knows... that Biden, Harris and Walz are part of a contingent of administrative power seeking political and government recking balls to the very free enterprise that built this country into what it is. These educated dopes on the left have convinced themselves that all the massive legislation they have passed, and the corresponding 1 million page federal register that Nancy Pelosi has to vote on so she can read what is in it, are what makes American great. No, it is what is killing America. THEY are killing America. And the they are supported by little dopes that can be sold the false promise of free stuff from government without having to strive and struggle for it.

“When you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing…. When you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors…. When you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you…. When you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice… You may know that your society is doomed.” – Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged, 1957

No private experience req’d is probably the vast majority of politicians and, at the least, upper level government employees. I also wonder if maybe she knows much of this won’t fly but it makes her base feel good? 🤷

Exactly. Election promises are just that- promises. Once they are elected they will just say, oh I tried but those pesky Republicans stopped us.

If Kroger, Albertsons, Safeway, and Walmart profit just less than 2% and that is price gouging, what is Apple's 25+% margin called....other than potential mega donations to the DNC.

If anyone is wondering why they want to do this it could be “equity” for the housing,

another Marxist concept. As for the price controls on food, it is always the fault of the greedy capitalists when prices go up. This is just what you would expect from anyone exposed to Marxism.

Exactly. They are both like the teenager whose rich father gives them a credit card with no limits. They don't have to be accountable for the money they spend because they are not footing the bill. Unfortunately this is how most of Washington operates, it's not my money.

Her father is a Marxist economist. Of course her understanding of economics ignores reality, and is devoid of common sense.

I know this is no big deal but I would love to know more about her "job" at McDonald's, was it more than a day or more than a week that she actually worked, or is this another "fib" on her part, like the school bus ride.

Joe Biden never held a consequential private sector job, either.
