sickening. my trust and confidence in EE is shaken. Noah Rothman and the rest of the National Review podcast today are correct: the full J6 pardon is abhorrent, regardless of what Biden does.
Oh no you don’t. Don’t skirt around J6 pardons with an unctuous “not today, dear “ bromide.
Herewith today’s WSJ EB on his decision. Forceful, accurate and outraged. As we should all be:
“Republicans are busy denouncing President Biden’s pre-emptive pardons for his family and political allies, and deservedly so.
But then it’s a shame you don’t hear many, if any, ruing President Trump’s proclamation to pardon unconditionally nearly all of the people who rioted at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
This includes those convicted of bludgeoning, chemical spraying, and electroshocking police to try to keep Mr. Trump in power. Now he’s springing them from prison.
This is a rotten message from a President about political violence done on his behalf, and it’s a bait and switch.
Asked about Jan. 6 pardons in late November, Mr. Trump projected caution. “I’m going to do case-by-case, and if they were nonviolent, I think they’ve been greatly punished,” he said. “We’re going to look at each individual case.”
Taking cues from the boss, last week JD Vance drew a clear line: “If you committed violence on that day, obviously you shouldn’t be pardoned.”
I looked at Google images for a Nazi salute. It appears to me that Nazi salutes were performed by holding the right hand and arm out straight in a forward, or slightly raised, position, not off to the side. I despise the press.
The Nazi "salute" was brought up this morning (by a Democrat, of course) when questioning Elise Stefanick in hearings for her appointment as UN Ambassador. I despise the Democrat Party, too.
As for the J6 pardons, I would have left the violent ones to simmer a little longer. I would have been more than happy to review their cases to see if the Biden Department of Injustice treated them according to the law or accord to their desires. It seems as if Merrick Garland was ok with any law Dept. of Injustice lawyers could throw at them. Nevertheless, I would not have unconditionally pardoned the violent members of J6.
Process is punishment: Drag the worthless, criminal Biden family through the courts - just to embarrass and humiliate them - and expose their criminality for all to see
The press corps will now revert to outrage all day, every day.

Because everything is outrageous nothing is; they have no words to express the reality of the situation, only fake apologizes and platitudes; "We are sorry for calling Bush Hitler, this time please listen."
I will eviscerate you in fiction. Every pimple, every character flaw. I was naked for a day; you will be naked for eternity.

The Press and Left et al has chosen to be Aesop's foil.
I happy to see you're simply not going to take the bait on any of these shenanigans and ridiculous manufactured outrage. We're all done with the lagcy media, and so are you apparently, and it's nice to read you dismissing all of this nonsense off hand, in so doing giving it all the exact amount of respect and consideration it deserves.
Joe Walsh, PBS, MSNBC, etc. are speaking to dead air. The only people who listen are the dwindling numbers of leftists who can’t accept reality or separate truth from lies. Even when they created the lie themselves.
Very well said. Thank you.

So much for that.”

Because most of us were praying for their release.
I don't think the progs really grasp how much normies have tuned them out due to their incessant wolf-crying.

It's a wonderful day in the neighborhood. (imho)

I don’t understand why the left was so upset re beating up cops on J6. They seemed to have perfected the art.

Without a doubt ….
Knights have tails?
Corrected, thank you.
After what this country has been put through the past several years, righteous indignation towards these media and DNC fools is the order of the day.

Since Biden pardoned all those people is there any reason not to release all information related to the crimes they may have committed?
If President Trump gets half of what he wants done it will be better than the last four years under the past administration
