Y’all sound like the Democrats in 18. LOL! What did y’all tell them at the time? This is too funny. It’s not as fun when the rabbit has the gun now is it? Take your L and get em next time!

Those old white, privileged caste of GOP politicos and their "stand by" rabble--as they are preparing to spend vast amounts of money and rage to run Joe Biden out of town--they are just digging themselves deeper into a hole of self-destructive vengeance, in full view of the American people. The root of bitterness will defile many.

Why don't we let the court decide if this is important? Since the percentage of the American people who think there is major fraud in vote counting keeps rising, it's an issue that needs to be addressed. (https://www.npr.org/2018/09/17/647421039/npr-marist-poll-40-percent-of-americans-think-elections-arent-fair) Even if a change in who is elected isn't the outcome, a tightening of rules on how votes are gathered and counted is important (maybe even essential) to the continuance of our political system. If a presidential election isn't important enough to deal with the problems, when else will this be dealt with seriously?

In one state they are alleging that dead people voted. If the person died after casting the ballot, the ballot still counts. If someone voted using the identification of a dead person, Trump would have to prove that the dead voter voted against him. Wihthout names on ballots, - mail-in ballots have the signatures on the envelop, not on the ballot - that is impossible to prove.

Good article Erick, but leaving out some important issues. The relative huge lead in MI will only flip if massive fraud is proven (like Computer glitches) and/or clear violations of state law in counting/changing ballots that led to counting illegal ballots.. But other states have far lower victory margins for Biden than MI:148K which Trump does not need to win: e.g. WI: 20,539; PA:45,367; GA 12,338; AZ: 14,776; NV: 36,136. PA's lead is the largest of those states, but it is unclear how many ballots were counted that were received after election day, or at least I have not seen reported what number that is. I don't think there is a question of thousands of potentially fraudulent ballots in all those states, with number of thousands of dead voters and/or out-of-state voters being reported.. The question is how many thousands and whether Trump's lawyers found them. It is certainly a daunting task, but unless one has access to what Trump's lawyers know, one can only guess at how much provable fraud they found. It is irresponsible for anybody to say that no provable fraud exists or that more than the required amounts of provable fraud exists to flip elections (which unfortunately many people have insisted). If Trump can even flip one state by provable fraud and/or recount errors, it would be a major victory for the GOP, as the media and Dem's would never be able to exist that voter fraud is meaningless.

The suburbs of Philly defeated Trump even more than did the city. There are various theories as to why this is. Probably Trump and Republicans should have dared to campaign more in what is/was considered hostile territory. As I go down Lancaster Avenue in Philly (which one visitor called a "war zone"), I see a building with the big letters "E I B." That makes me think of Rush Limbaugh and what impact his dong a few shows from West Philly might have had.

Excuse me if I'm wrong but from a statistical standpoint, there are 2 data points that concern me:

1. Trump carried the largest percentage of minority vote for a republican in 60 years.

2. Biden received less minority votes in every major metropolitan city beside Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia and Atlanta.

Strange, if that's true, those are the largest cities in 4 states where the voting is in question!

Sorry, Erick, these abnormalities look too fishy.

My thinking is that there is not enough to prevent the inevitable Harris presidency but unless there is some consequence for the fraud in this election that is hailed as normal, then we will have become just inhabitants and no longer citizens in this country.

Even if Trump is right, I don't think he has the credibility to sell it broadly enough. It looks like sour grapes. But he is encouraging some to never accept that he really lost. I don't think delusion is going to do the GOP any favors.

I just don’t think people really understand what it would do to this country if this election got thrown out. The majority of people voted for him. There is already dislike for Trump.

This is how civil wars start and they would blame Christians. This is dangerous stuff and I don’t think this President is considering the country

In AZ, Biden won by only15,500 votes out of 3.3 million. In WI, he won by 20,500 out of 3.3 million. Biden is leading in GA by 11,600 votes out of over 5 million cast. In this truly unusual election year, with emotional anger in high gear, it would seem that voter fraud could affect these small numbers rationally.

I did some quick and dirty number crunching of the raw county results and all I can come up with is that the votes for Trump early but especially mail-in in Fulton and DeKalb are lower that statistically expected based on Republican voter choices on election day in those counties and all Republican voters in other Georgia Democrat-leaning counties that went for Biden. My benchmark was against votes given to David Perdue. Even if there were issues in Fulton and DeKalb, it would be barely enough - maybe to flip the state but I'm not sure how Trump votes on ballots that went for Perdue could be easily and in that number be removed. The number of Biden votes compared to Ossoff are more consistent such that they do not look to be high - meaning I don't think we had a ballot dump.

Nicely done. It is somewhat difficult for many people who have no "center" to find any balance in their thoughts and lives. The truth is, it is very hard work to exercise balance in our lives and our thoughts. Thank you for making the effort to do so in your analysis!

I think we all have a responsibility as Americans to make this the best place it can be. I think we find ourselves inundated with a constant flow of information to feed our greed or tweak out worst fears. That’s the two largest motivators for humans. The social media algorithms are created by some really smart people to do just that. Turn of our TVs, put down our laptops and leave our phones at home and go have dinner with our neighbors.

So now Biden is elected and we are asked to join forces in unity. What is next? Do you have thoughts on that? Is the Georgia Senatorial race important?
