Yes, they are coming, emotion & fear seem to be in water these days. People should pay more attention to food labels with 2 inches of mice type that they are putting in their bodies every day and stay off social media especially Tik Tok!

Try having a conversation about this with a “believer.” You might as well be talking to a brick wall. Usually it ends with their little smirk of knowing more and better than you and you being thought of as a sheep.

With all due respect, did you do any research before you wrote this? There is extensive research and support on the toxic effects of fluoride. Decrease in IQ, hormone disruption, etc. There’s a difference between brushing one’s teeth and spitting it out and drinking it every day for decades. Europe doesn’t fluoridate their water and don’t show any significant increase in cavities. Most importantly, we should be able to make our own decision about our health. I’m grateful our water system is not fluoridated. Please do your own research before you call the rest of us idiots. We’re just trying to do what’s best for our families.

Fluoride is a common mineral that occurs naturally and is released from rocks into the soil, water, and air. Rivers, lakes, and even the ocean naturally contain some fluoride. - CDC

Please feel free to link any peer-reviewed research to the 0.7ml fluoride to 1 liter of water causing any of the effects you stated above.

While fluoride applied directly to teeth prevents decay, even the ADA recommends not swallowing toothpaste with fluoride. For decades children have received fluoride treatments at the dentist. Applying a treatment topically is fine. Ingesting it may not be. Personally, I drink well water and use fluoride-free toothpaste. My dentist marvels at my teeth. My kids drink well water and have never had a cavity. We have friends with ten kids, none of whom have ever had a fluoride treatment, all of whom drink well water, and they've never had a cavity. I admit this is all anecdotal. I'm just saying, why should people in a town be forced by the government to ingest a substance they don't want? Especially when it's in virtually every toothpaste and given as a dental treatment by virtually every dentist.

Yeah I had a liberal friend say “the republicans are taking us back to the 50’s”

Gee is that so bad?

No men playing in women’s sports. Eisenhower president.

No social media.

The titans of news on the TV.

Good wholesome entertainment on the evening.

Lions had a championship. Let’s go.

I think Erick is correct about a return to a 'Dark Ages'...those on the left won't be happy until we are all back living in caves or hovels, consuming little to nothing, having virtually no carbon foottprint, and not using any modern appliances or fossil fuels, and walking, riding bikes or horses wherever we want to go (which won't be far). We'll only be allowed to eat bugs and plants. We may have a gorgeous planet but an abysmal, dreary quality of life.

I was just watching a show on Amazon Prime recently about how prevalent and medically accepted the practice of lobotomizing people used to be in the 30's, 40's and 50's until cooler heads prevailed and realized this was a barbaric practice and of dubius effectiveness in treating mental illness. It used to be inconceivable that as a species we could ever return to this kind of thing, but now I wonder. Backsliding could begin with rejection of flouride, something so basic and accepted for so long, and wind up lord knows where.

I don't get your logic. Lobotomizing people was medically accepted for decades, but now we know it was wrong. Fluoride ingestion has been medically accepted for decades, so we shouldn't question it?

I don't think the left understands the scale of the damage it did forcing new/relatively untested vaccines on Americans. It has made many question and/or reject common, known, well-working vaccines as well and the pharma industry in general (and certain players in particular) too. The CDC and the NIH's political weaponization has also made many suspect their ulterior motives are not benevolent and thus any trust people may have had in them (about flouride or anything else) is out the window.

I remember in 6th grade in Tampa, a VERY long time ago, my teacher was the wife of a dentists, and I recall her sending home a flyer showing the downsides of fluoride. This was at a time the city was pondering whether to start adding it to city water. I don't recall the outcome, but don't believe that ALL dentists then, and probably now, are fluoride fans.

When I was a child I the 1950’s, I was haunted by a photo of a young girl my age in an iron lung reading a book propped up in front of her. I read years later that there were batches of the weakened virus that caused polio and some batches of the dead virus that were contaminated with cancerous kidney cells.

No new procedure is without some risk.

I do question giving children too many vaccines at one time. Does that screw up the immune system?

Go through a cemetery and look at the pre WW1 grave stones . Many children died young from diseases that don’t kill them now.

The problem is that we no longer trust those in authority. Are they part of the Medical Industrial Complex? Whose agenda are they following?

Re Union County fluoride ban - it hasn’t been approved just yet. We live in the county next to Union County and our chins hit the floor last night when our local news reported this story. The people arguing against fluoridation looked about as stupid as you can imagine; the county commission voted 3-2 in favor of the ban. They have to get a unanimous vote to make it stick, however. And the current proposal would only affect about 1/3 of the Union County residents (b/c Union County doesn’t operate all the water treatment facilities in the county.)

The exacerbating and attendant issue is the silencing of those who argued against the government which only fuels conspiracy theories.

Re: Fluoride Ban in Union County, North Carolina.... It's just another anecdote of a collapsing society and a civilization in terminal decline. I refer to this period we're in as "de-civilization".

Erick, a matter of trust, in my mind. The government has lied and misled us for years. Once you lose trust, anything can happen.

I appears too many people have extrapolated from “you can’t believe everything experts tell you” to “don’t believe anything experts tell you.” Go look at a graveyard from the 19th century someday and see how many young children there are.
