This administration is completely off the rails. If this and the democratic party are all thats left…………from the Rug rats,in the words of Chuckie- “we’re doomed”
What a clown that caller was. Criticizing how the US elections select the President when Canada does not even vote for their Prime Minister. The Prime Minister is the leader of the party with the most seats in Parliament, with the leader of the party only having to run for one of those seats. If the leader of a party does not win his/her seat and wishes to remain leader of the party, they have to have a special election in a safe district, kicking out the legitimately elected representative so that the leader has a seat. A seat in a district where the leader does live, so how are they representing that district?
One can argue the merits of whether the EC or popular vote is the way to go, but to pretend that any of our election laws directly affect things in Canada is absurd. Especially now, when Trump won the popular vote
Just listened to your retort to that Canadian, thank you for setting the record straight to that ill informed individual who hasn’t a clue to what a democratic republic actually is
You might like to read this. https://substack.com/@behindthenarrative7/note/p-203291990?reaction=%E2%9D%A4 free. It will give you a lot more insight & info for what President Trump is up against. What we all our up against in reality and that finding trust worthy support is almost impossible when billions is spread around. The sources are at the end.
I wasn’t aware that most of the people of Iran were Christians. But the leaders of the regime doesn’t care about their people. The people are expendable to the regime.
Gerrymandering: states handle election laws via the legislature. Elections have consequences, though I disagree with doing it mid-decade. Legislatures could set up a neutral body if so inclined.
Unlimited spending on ads: free speech. Money is one's property to use for political speech, e.g. ads.
Electoral college: he's clueless about it and the reason for it. Canada has 27 million adults eligible to vote. In America, we have 174 million voters. It protects and gives voice to areas with smaller populations.
I think James Madison was more intelligent that the caller is regarding the system he designed... in fact, I'm sure Madison was smarter than all of us, really.
Sleeping in their offices: okay. That's their choice. Not sure why he'd consider that a concern for Canadians.
JD Vance is a fool when it comes to Mid East politics. He’s blinded by his Isolationism and history will demonstrate his foreign policy stances will rival those of Joe Biden in their absolute wrongness!
This episode right here is wrecking Vance's political career.
That was an appropriate response to the Canadian caller!
There comes Eric from the top rope!!

I was at the 8th Air Force Museum in Pooler GA recently. They have a poster that reads like this:
"The defense of southern
England will last four days
and the Royal Air Force four
weeks. We can guarantee invasion
for the Fuhrer within a month.
-- Hermann Goering"
This quote is apparently from July 1940.
I'm beginning to feel like History is repeating itself.

JD Vance is either lying through his teeth or delusional. And nice response to the Canadian gentleman!

I can barely listen to the tripe spewing out of Vance’s mouth! Dear Lord please deliver us from evil!
We are not a Democracy, we are a Representative Republic
Fars News: "the Islamic Republic has no choice but to obtain the atomic bomb to remove the military option from the table."
We can thank our VP.
It is not going to happen.

The God of Israel controls the whole World and the Billionaires of the world will find out the hard way.
Don’t be so sure as they will starve their own people to death to make it happen.
Just like North Korea.
Big Difference in Iran the Majority are Christians.
I wasn’t aware that most of the people of Iran were Christians. But the leaders of the regime doesn’t care about their people. The people are expendable to the regime.
I have faith in the President and the U.S. Armed Forces.
I have faith in our (and Israel's) military when it comes to dealing with Iran...Trump, not so much.
Well Hal I think the IDF will soon remedy that problem.
I'm thinking that, at the very least, Mossad is already doing things in Iran as we speak...I am hopeful for a collapse from within.
Vance is channeling an individual in an an abusive relationship who is gaslighting on behalf of his abuser.

That dude is SOO misinformed in only the way that bleeding heart condescending liberals are. Sheesh. Crunchy much?
Love your calm, cool, reasoned demeanor Erick.
Erick, your response on CSPAN was epic. I detect you were trying to suppress a smile and had all too much fun answering this dude. More please!
