Erick, that friend of Trump’s who convinced him he needed to buckle down needs to have another conversation with him about his outlandish comment about Palmer. Don’t let the Dems get him off track to the point he starts rambling again.

Geez. Stay focused for the next two weeks, at least. Sometimes I wonder about him. Like you, he isn’t my candidate of choice but I’m down with him. Don’t make us regret our somewhat regrettable decision.

I believe... and some will just laugh at this, but I think it is real... that the grocery bill people are seeing to prepare for Thanksgiving is going to be some of the "October Surprise" in Trump's favor.

I just heard you talk about the libs who call Trump working at a McD's 'insulting' to the people who work there. Then, why is Starbucks (& many others) requiring its upper management to work in stores? Hmmmm?

Does Harris have any original thoughts?...

Yes,

- incoherent word salad, followed by

- ya know ot ok, interject

- fake cackle (used to queue the laugh track)

Does the McDonalds bit go down in Presidential history along side Daisy and Willie Horton? The moment when he tells the South Asian guy "Your far from Ordinary" was just... chef's kiss.

Do you think part of the reason that Trump is doing well with some Black men is because he now has a mug shot?

On Kamala.... I knew it. I just knew it. Once the "honeymoon" period was over and people really started to see what a nonsensical, vapid airhead she really is, they'd start questioning if they actually did the right thing by dumping Biden.

Otherwise, now it looks like Kamala Harris got into law school through a program that she actually did not quality for. It was a program for kids who came from "disadvantaged" backgrounds.... and we know all too well that her parents were pretty well-off and that she had a privileged upbringing. She didn't have the smarts to qualify for law school, however her professor parents pulled some strings on the racial angles and got her in anyway..

The Dems have moved from Hope and Change to Cope and Harangue.

Sorry Dems, the mean-girl politics are a terrible look. Do better. And no "but Trump!!!" Do better.**

The New Republic article--I think this is an example of why Dem "threat to democracy" appeals over Trump denying the results of the 2020 election have rung hollow. You had the Dems complaining in 2000 over Algore, 2016 over Hillary, and in 2018 over Stacey Abrams. They are the OG election deniers. It's not just a cope, it's a pass for Trump. Not saying Trump is right--he's not. But the optics are terrible on the ground.

**Personally, I love aping the "millennial snot" (look it up) jargon of the progs.

To me and thinking I know people. I don't feel we should be saying Trump might win because the Trump voters who have not gone to the polls yet might think why bother if he is winning! On the other hand, if Democrat voters hear that their gal might lose, they will get to the polls come hell or high-water even by bus/caravan or church pickup. People sometimes like excuses to not do something.

What a wonderful anniversary to celebrate.

"This could be them waiting for the “souls to the polls” voting effort, "

In other words, they've not gotten their 'walking arepound money.'

The only people that Harris can relate to are the democrats that would vote for anyone or anything that has a D beside their name. Most candidates can at least talk a good game. She is so out of touch and absolutely clueless that it’s mind boggling.

Erick,

Thank you for your opening monologue. When I first saw the Harris event where 2 kids were ejected for Christian outbursts I was angry with Harris. My wife calmed me down and told me that the campaign had a right to control their crowds and their message.

When I read your early essay this morning, and thought about it for a couple of hours, then heard your message, I realize you are right.

I know two things this morning, for sure. Jesus is Lord, and I don't have the gift of preaching.

Keep on doing what you do.

cheers

When it’s my next turn to read the prayers at church, it will include praying for the President Elect along with the President, Governor, and Mayor. I dread having to read “Kamala” but will if called upon just as I had to say “Barack” for 8 years and will force myself to say her name the approved way. Other lay readers probably dread having to say “Donald” but they will do so.

Our Pastor just says world, National, state and local leaders. There are no names dropped.

Our church doesn't either.

That’s good too. We should pray for our leaders.

Even more so if you think their positions are wrong.
