Smearing Barry Loudermilk
Over the last month, members of the January 6th Committee and members of the press have cast aspersions on Georgia Congressman Barry Loudermilk. They have strongly implied that he provided aid to those who stormed the Capitol on January 6th. Specifically, they claim Loudermilk helpfully provided a tour to “insurrectionists” on January 5 to help them map out the Capitol. It’s a damnable lie and even the US Capitol police are now out officially debunking the allegations against Loudermilk.
The Jan 6 commission could have called Loudermilk anytime over there last year, they didn't. The fact that he gave a tour and several attendees of the tour trespassed at the Capitol has been known.
The Jan 6 Commission is mostly a partisan group seeking political retribution, not facts.
They have presented nothing more than a theatrical production ready made for propaganda in schools. The Democrats are desperate to show us why we need them.
