State of the Union Drama: How Democrats Lost Big Last Night
While last night’s speech was entirely too long, one thing became abundantly clear: Democrats are on the wrong side of every major issue Americans care about. When Trump pointed to a female volleyball player who sustained a head injury from transgender opponent, Democrats were silent. When Trump pointed to the family of Laken Riley who was murdered at the hand of an illegal immigrant, Democrats were silent. When Trump pointed to a smiling 13-year-old boy battling brain cancer who simply wanted to be a policeman, Democrats were silent.
Democrats came across as heartless, patronising elitists. That’s not me saying it; that’s the focus groups from places like CNN and CBS. But there’s more. Watch:
This simply demonstrates how TDS is a real mental illness. Those things aren't even policy issues, but issues of humanity. And the Dems response, "if Trump is humane, we are opposed to humanity".
They are heartless.
