The Race Hustling Gnostics of White Guilt Absolution

Two possessed men cried out to Jesus. The demons spoke and Jesus asked them their name. “Legion, for we are many,” they told him. Then, knowing their fate was sealed, they begged our Lord to cast them into a herd of pigs running by. Christ did and the pigs ran down the hill into the water and drowned.

The demons, of course, did not die. They got out of the pigs and were bored. So they invented social media.

One of the only upsides to Twitter as a site spawned by and still run by the horde and whores of hell is that we occasionally get glimpses of the intellectual elite and realize they are pretty damn stupid. Thus we come to Nikole Hannah-Jones, a woman whose sole existence is to tell the white patriarchy who throws money at her that they are absolved of their own racism by giving her money.

Ibrim Kendi, in repeated appearances on Twitter, has proven himself to be a dimwitted race hustler of limited merit and big book sales with a Ph.D. in word salads. Like Jones, Kendi offers absolution to guilty rich white progressives who feel bad about their positions in life. They get to feel good about throwing money to Kendi and Hannah-Jones who in turn get to point the figure at other white people as the problem. It is not their white financiers who are the problem, but the other whites.

Kendi, you will recall, was recently asked to define racism and could not do so without using the word itself — something any seventh-grade teacher would admonish. He also recently tried to claim white kids pretending to be minorities to get scholarships was a sign of racism until it was pointed out a racist society would not be giving non-white kids scholarships nor would white kids want to claim non-whiteness to benefit. Like with Hannah-Jones’s tweet above, that one got deleted.

Nikole Hannah-Jones, of course, gets paid by white wokes to rewrite American history into something perpetually sinister, racist, and bad. Her tweet above is, in fact, propaganda. There were multifaced and complex reasons for dropping the bomb on Hiroshima, but “well, we spent all this money on it so we better” was not one of them. There is certainly a fierce debate over the necessity of dropping the second bomb, but the historical record shows, at the time, the prevailing consensus was it too was needed to provoke a quick surrender.

Nikole Hannah-Jones has a history of making factual assertions based on propaganda and proclaiming actual facts are propaganda.

Hannah-Jones, Kendi, Robin DiAngelo, and their ilk are just various forms of L. Ron Hubbard selling a modern Gnosticism to rich white wokes who need Jesus, but don’t believe in Him. They promise secret enlightenment if only you’ll throw money at them and buy their books and give them titles. They will open the eyes of those who spend the money and reveal the true history, the true nature of racism, and the true depths of depravity in America that are so woven through the systemic injustices will never be undone so long as the money keeps flowing.

Rich white people who feel a sense of shame or guilt about their positions throw money at them seeking absolution for their sense of guilt. The race hustlers then simultaneously assuage their guilt and perpetuate the shame to keep the money rolling in. It is no longer these white wokes who are to blame, but the systems and systems are controlled by the other.

It is no coincidence that as the United States has seen its first black president, first back vice president, a black man representing South Carolina in the Senate, and scores of other prominent non-white leaders across the country, the Gnostics of race have grown louder and more vocal. They can perceive their gravy train disappearing as America moves beyond its past sins.

There is a ready market for rich secular progressives always looking for special insight, better knowledge, and absolution for their feelings of guilt. These Gnostics can be applauded for grabbing this guilt and steering it towards race with supposed special insight.

At the end of the day, much of our intellectual elite and social betters are really not that bright and they know it. Twitter exposes their ignorance regularly. But we should admire how some of them have been able to capitalize on the guilt and shame of their peers in order to offer them special knowledge not available to most.

L. Ron Hubbard offered Xenu, volcanoes, DC-8 spaceships, and thetans to explain the guilt of success to the dimwitted Lilliputians of Hollywood. Kendi, Hannah-Jones, DiAngelo, etc. have offered America’s past to explain the guilt of current success to rich wokes.

It’s all Gnosticism and we should laugh at it instead of cowering before it. These people are not that bright and I suspect they might possess just enough self-awareness to know it.
