This is transforming a underinvested area in a mostly minority neighborhood. I don't know if it will be a Win Win for DC. Probably not.

As someone who strongly supports aiding Ukraine, I was appalled at Biden viciously attacking Republicans while Zelensky was forced to stand beside him as a prop. It seemed designed to poison the chances of any compromise as was clearly cynical. Whoever wrote what Biden stumbled through reading doesn’t give two figs for helping Ukraine. Shame!
