No, no I am not fine with it. My wife's deadbeet 30 year old, lazy, apathetic, no self discipline, no sense of responsibility, nothing is my fault (not even her decisions) I'm a victim daughter announced she's moving back in (for the third time since graduating college 8 years ago).
It is stressing our marriage to the point we are going to counseling and her daughter is oblivious.

There’s been a lot of words written about our Commander in Gaffe. This report from Erick doesn’t say something I read elsewhere. Biden went into his angry mode and said something like “No one needs to tell me when Beau died.”

It amazes me how the media convinces everyone we are going to hell in a hand basket when a Republican is President (ex. Nixon, Bush, Trump) only for people to realize hell is a post-1960s Democratic administration.
As much as I swore I would never say it, I think it's time for Kamala Harris to take over for President Biden. The very thought makes me sick to my stomach, but Biden can't go on even until the convention. Harris is beatable. Her assuming the presidency for a few months should be more of a worry to the Democrats than the Republicans. I can't believe we've come to this.
I'm not entirely sure Harris would be beatable. There is an unfortunately large group of voters in this country who will always vote for the Not Trump or to be honest, the Not Republican. I can't stand Trump either (long story) but I could never vote for a Democrat or a pagan leftist. I'll probably get mocked for this (the MAGAs will say it's zero-sum, and any vote for anyone else takes away votes from their savior) but I'm going to end up writing in my preferred candidate. I live in Colorado, so whoever is the Not Trump is going to win the state regardless. Why not vote for who I really want in that case? Well anyway, those are my freeform thoughts :-)
Over on Twitter someone said they felt like everyone was being too mean to Biden about his son, and it wasn't fair, and so they wanted to support Biden even more because, presumably they felt sorry for him. I kept thinking, but this is the POTUS. He supposedly controls the nuclear football. And you're upset because people are pointing out he's unfit for office?

Just watched Carlson's interview with Putin. i'm guessing it will be a hot study among our 3-letter agency's analysts. Putin certainly is not suffering from cognitive decline. Interesting to watch non-verbals, too. Can't imagine Biden sitting down for such a wide-ranging interview. DJT maybe, but not Biden. The report on Biden's willful illegal handling of classified material seems to have been well-crafted. It labels him 'guilty' without charges, but it delivers a gut punch politically. Amazing it got out of the DOJ review cycle. As one who once had access to TS-'codeword' classifed intelligence, i would still be in jail if i had done even a tiny bit of such intentional mishandling. Seems to me only supernatural forces could keep Biden in the running for another term.
Good take on the interview. I also can't imagine any American journalist questioning President Biden about Julian Assange the way Tucker did about WSJ reporter Evan Gershkovich. One of my favorite parts was when Putin told Tucker he should ask President Biden a certain question instead of him. I wish Tucker would have responded, "I was able to get an interview with Russia's president but not my own."

On my local news, there was one little blurb saying that he wasn't going to be prosecuted, but not a single word about the reason being due to his obvious failing mental condition. With the exception of conservative media outlets, I am seeing nothing about that.
