Another Biden Blow
A federal judge ruled in favor of two Republican Attorneys General in Missouri and Louisiana who brought a lawsuit claiming the Biden administration was pressuring multiple social media companies to suppress unflattering stories. The Attorneys General claimed the Biden administration has created a towering “federal censorship enterprise” that pressured social media companies to curb the reach of stories pertaining Hunter Biden’s laptop, COVID-19 origins, mask mandates, and other related stories.
Quote from the judge: “The evidence produced thus far depicts an almost dystopian scenario…. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth.’” The plaintiffs “have presented substantial evidence in support of their claims that they were the victims of a far-reaching and widespread censorship campaign”
Why this matters: The preliminary injunction precludes Biden administration officials from communicating with social media companies. This unprecedented sweeping limit imposed by a federal judge is sure to test the boundaries of first amendment cases and is all but certain to be challenged by the Justice Department.
White House Cocaine
Secret Service agents found a white powdery substance inside the West Wing Sunday evening that prompted a brief White House lockdown. A hazmat crew tested the substance and confirmed it was cocaine. The drug was found in a “working area” of the White House that was purportedly accessible to a high volume of staffers.
Where was Hunter: Hunter Biden and the rest of the Biden family were at Camp David when the substance was found but had access to this part of the White House before leaving for the family trip.
Another Transgender Shooter
Five are dead and two children are injured after a mass shooting in Philadelphia was perpetrated by a Black Lives Matter activist who regularly wore women’s clothing. The mentally ill man had a criminal record and regularly posted about guns and women’s clothing in the months leading up to the shooting.
Where’s the coverage: As expected, mainstream outlets are readily ignoring the transgender and BLM angle of the shooter just like the Nashville shooting.
California Reparations Task Force
The California Reparations Task Force produced an 1,100-page document demanding the state’s legislature eliminate any back child support debt for black residents. Additionally, the task force wants to end "public disorder offenses" such as public urination.
Why this matters: The task force was a Gavin Newsom-approved initiative from several years ago that was largely done as a means of quelling progressive demands within the state. Now that the demands are formalized, all eyes turn to how Governor Newsom will manage the more eccentric demands.

"Georgia becomes a top state for early voting turnout."
Boy... that "Jim Crow 2.0" election law REALLY suppressed voting, huh?
Looks like Erick needs to come out with another 'Where does Brian Kemp go for an apology ' post. First one was for his Covid response. The 2nd one will be for the election lie.
My wife bought two pints of Ben and Jerry’s. I asked her if she knew they were progressives. She did not. It was on sale.
I ate one of the pints, reluctantly. What’s left of the second one is going down the sink. It upset my stomach. 🤢
