"...voters said the government was “mostly working to benefit itself and the elites,” rather than “the people and the country.”
The Left sells lies in a glossy brochure. It's not that people are switching from a position of being a true believer in socialism and Marxism, they have realized they have been lied to.
While they can be kings in the own castles through Conservatism, they will never be kings in the castle of the elites that view them simply as useful idiots.

I am so relieved that Daniel Penny was found not guilty. Hopefully Bragg won't be evil enough to re charge him on the first count that was dismissed. I don't know if it is true or not, but I have been reading that the real squishy republicans who were thinking about blowing up some of Trumps nominees are getting some reality slaps from constituents, among others to get on board and confirm his choices. Hope it is true. Though I think his choice for the labor post is abominable. I hope the young lady who is suing that gruesome doctor who mutilates children wins enough to put her out of business. Sue her into oblivion, then prosecute her and her ilk.
Does this mean that Daniel Penny can’t be sued in civil court by the family of the drugged up mentally unstable person that died from his illegal drugs? I’m hoping not.
Plus, all Penny’s defense would need to do is dig into the perp’s history AND that of his family’s - especially his parents, who (allegedly) abandoned him many years before, cutting him off from much communication and connection (allegedly). Even in civil litigation, it’d be plain to see that this would now be a money grab and a sad spot in the spotlight.
Neely’s mother was murdered by a boyfriend when Neely was 14 and living with his mother. He was in the house at the time. The father, however, apparently did abandon him much of the time.
No. He can still be sued civilly. And sadly, the requirement of proof in a civil case is much lower that a criminal case. In a civil case all they have to prove is "more likely than not" the accusation is true.
My impression is that since the election a lot of companies and people have truly gone "woke" in the sense they have woken up from the overall stupidity that has been going on. It is like they now realize the American people were never really in favor of a lot of this DEI and other nonsense despite what the legacy media was telling them. That's not to say there are still a lot of people and companies who have drunk the Kool-Aid and will never really wake up.
A lot of good will come from Assad being deposed. It needed to happen and Biden striking at Isis just makes me frustrated as he could have done that ages ago but chose to do so only now. A man of (IN)action.
Daniel Penny being acquitted is just another cog in the wheel of freedom happening in this country. Trump being elected is the first.
As for those supporting the killer, there has always been a level of sadistic sickos in this country obsessed with serial killers. In today's world that has doubled and its extremely concerning but also not surprising.
The GOP better take not of the report on Bernie Sanders voters breaking for Trump. They will end up in a situation of the dems where Trump voters were not republican voters. If the GOP wants to persist and keep the momentum against the left they need to stick with their promises and not sway away the way they did in 2016 by backing off repealing and ultimately failing to repeal Obamacare.
And this is my last word on Pete H. One of the many qualities he has is that he is strictly against the TG's in the military and is prepared to kick them out. Why?
A reporter sat there and said "I don't mind TG's in the military if they want to serve their country..."
This is when the big X buzzer comes in. These mental patients are not there to serve and none of them have served a day in the military. They join strictly to get their elective surgeries paid for by the Gov. They have never picked up a gun, never shot one, and most never even went to basic training. They are soldier free loaders.
It's only an injustice when the left doesn't get the verdict that they want. Then all of a sudden the jury let us down or the jury was fixed. Maybe charges should never have been brought to begin with. Did they ever think of that?
I heard comments like Mr. Penny didn't de-escalate the situation, or he held him down too long, etc... I'm not sure how many civilians would know those things or apply them in a dangerous situation. It's funny how the prosecutors in NYC were suddenly devastated over a civilian death or other victim of a crime in the city while releasing that same criminal hundreds of times back into the wild without concern for the average citizen of NYC.
And just as importantly, how many of those criticizing have had the pleasure of trying to "gently" restrain a violent, psychotic and drugged up person. It is much more difficult that the average person thinks. As far as I am concerned, any negative results of it are on the hands of the person being violent in the first place.
I've come to the realization that there is no making sense out of most of what is said on the news/media/SM/whatever. If the left lies, it's a misstatement. If the right makes a misstatement, it's a downright LIE! Bragg threw everything he could at Daniel Penny. The jury saw through it. They also knew that if they didn't either find him guilty or not guilty this time, they were going to be deliberating on new charges till Christmas. And ultimately I'm sure an appeals court would have thrown out any conviction after the first charge was hung. How many times do you get to keep charging someone?
Despite the race-hustlers protesting otherwise, justice was served for Daniel Penny. I wonder if one of the holdouts rode the subway Friday, witnessed some incident in their car, and thiught, 'I wish someone would have done something.'

I think the Penny should be in jail for killing the guy don’t know what the charge should be but he didn’t have to kill the guy
If people believe our health insurance system is bad, they would really be upset with government health care where decisions are made by bureaucrats.

What are the chances Alvin 'Lardaceous' Bragg finds some excuse to drop the charges?

What year did Obama beat Geo. W Bush, Erick? Think back, it never happened.
Thank you Erick for correcting that on the show.
Wow, a ShowNotes simply chock full of news about winning. What a great way to start the week off.
Good cabinet picks with the exception of RFK!
Hooray for Daniel Penny. The state of NY needs to pay absolutely all of his attorney fees.

We can safely assume that Fat Albert Bragg has never sullied his three-piece suit by engaging in an act of physical law enforcement.
Just ask any LEO how difficult it is to restrain anyone, drugged, drunk, or sober.
