Hearing about the vindictiveness of Nancy Pelosi reminds me when I was supporting DoD and we were putting together a high level war game regarding China. The individual who was assisting us in setting it up had been doing these kind of war games since early in the Reagan administration. He made the comment that when women played the games they were almost always go to the use of nuclear weapons much sooner than the male players. Take that as a warning regarding a Harris presidency.
There were seven Lincoln-Douglas debates. Each lasting about three hours. The topics have changed but the direction of the country is just as important.
Just read The Atlantic article and the 7 questions he want Kamala to answer. Will he do a follow up article asking her to answer 7 questions about the last 3.5 years? Those questions were all related to her time as a DA/AG.

The story of Namibia butchering wild animals for meat. Shri Lanka is experiencing more food shortages. This is all related to the economic corrupting post Bretton Woods Global Order where the US spent 4-6% of its GDP to police a post WWII mess of a world back to functioning while giving away access to US markets and encouraging US corporations to send their operations and working class jobs to these other countries. Today the bill for that expensive US-funded 75 years of relative peace and prosperity is coming due. No longer can the US afford to shoulder the burden of global peace and prosperity for other nations… policing the seas… which has led to mammoth slow moving cargo and tanker ships that, because they are safe from attack, are relatively cheap… and thus support countries not producing their own food but importing it.
The cost for a 20’ x 8’ and 40’ x 8’ container has more than doubled over the last few years. That price will continue to rise… especially when a few of those big ships get attacked and sunk and insurance rates skyrocket.
Add the idiocy of the climate crisis luxury belief cult, and the global industrial war industry fomenting global conflict to sell more million dollar missiles, and the added inflation of diesel fuel and energy to produce synthetic fertilizer is also contributing to higher food prices and reduced production.
While we fight about stupid abortion and gender pronouns, the world is changing and global conflict risk is simmering to the point of boiling over.
The US better get its shit together. A cardboard cutout establishment puppet candidate like Kamala Harris is just an extension of the hazard we face with the vegetable puppet currently installed in the White House.
That’s good news on having more millionaires as it expands the potential pool of higher tax payers for Kamala. And agree, having a white dude sitting next to her during the interview - whom she will undoubtedly give adoring looks to and kackle at his folksy answers - is not a strong move. Hopefully Dana will feel the pressure of ALL Americans on her to ask tough questions and push for straight answers.
We face the continuing saga of "where's Joe" to now expanded to "where's Kamala?"
As to threats to democracy and freedom, it isn't MAGA Republicans moving heaven and earth to keep third party candidates off the ballot or upending the nomination of a duly elected candidate--and a sitting President at that.
And that floating pier off occupied Israel, that cost milions and is yet another foreign policy failure of Biden-Harris, why would American taxpayers be obligated to provide humanitarian aid while those countries supporting Hamas do nothing.
