Great Show!

The bit about Walz’s wife, opening the windows to enjoy the smell of the city and tires burning….just wow. Just kinda makes you wonder what has happened through her life to love that type of smell

New ad campaign for any GOP candidate:

"Then Yes, I'm Weird"

If you think it's weird to want secure borders, then yes, I'm weird.

If you think it's weird to want an economy where food, fuel and housing prices are affordable, then yes, I'm weird.

If you think it's weird to want lower interest rates so you can afford to buy a home or car, then yes, I'm weird.

If you think it's weird to want to produce more energy here in America, instead of banning fracking and shipping oil in from overseas, then yes, I'm weird.

If you think it's weird to want to protect women and girls from biological males in sports and female bathrooms and locker rooms, then yes, I'm weird.

If you think it's weird to want to protect minor children from irreversible genital mutilation, then yes, I'm weird.

If you think it's weird to want peace in the Middle East, Europe and the Pacific, then yes, I'm weird.

If you think it's weird to want criminals and drugs off the street, then yes, I'm weird.

But, to me, what's REALLY weird is thinking all those ideas are weird.

I'm (candidate's name) and I approve this message.

Then breaking into a laughing fit.

Hey can we just have JD Vance respond and carry the water for the Trump

Policy issues instead of our Grievance based top guy? He’s doing a fantastic job of answering questions for the team that reveal the real policy differences.

When I was a kid I was disciplined by my parents so I wouldn't be a brat. When I choose not to eat a whole chjopcaolate cream pie at Jim & Nicks, it takes GREAT discipline. I run and practice tennis in a discipline of exercise. Trump has proved he can be disciplined... Now he must discipline his message by limiting his own freedom to say whatever he wants for seemingly petty reasons. This starts by rethinking the Kemps and what they have done and will do for his campaign. Unless we want to see Kamal Krash's become Kommonplace.....!

Let the Minnesota Walz begin...in the key of A (antisemitism?)...

I live across the border from Minnesota in West Fargo North Dakota. Tim Walz and the Soviet of Minnesota are reviled by North Dakota, and also Wisconsin, Iowa South Dakota, and the Canadian provinces of Manitoba and Ontario. Minnesota is a Soviet that has no borders, thinking that their laws apply to us as well. I will also state that Minnesota has a crisis of its own between the Outstate and Twin Cities, Minneapolis and St. Paul. The Outstate does not matter to Walz, and the Outstate is very red, it just doesn't have the votes the Cities do. It's a great choice if you are a Republican, terrible for Democrats and a clear indication that antisemitism rules the Asses.

This choice by Harris belies all her surrogates claiming she has changed - "She now loves fracking", "She'll totally close the border". It was always a lie she's a reformed moderate and now she has doubled down on being an ultra hard left liberal with the Walsh pick.

Trump must laser beam focus on what these two liberal darlings have done/will do. He must play like he's behind and then push to woop 'em like Alabama beating Harvard football, 85 to 3.

I realize this may be tilting at windmills, but I've tagged some comments to President Trump's comments on Truth Social, hoping he or one of his buds reads it. There are strength in numbers, so if more of Erick's commenters start shouting out advice from the sidelines, it may be heard. So far I've said: stay focused on Harris' many downsides - ethnicity off the table, don't attack team members (other republicans), do nothing to torque those who may wish to help you. And then, stay focused on Harris' many downsides - repetition intentional. Writing here is fun but not sure it moves the needle when voting season starts all too soon.

That quote is so appropriate. It underscores the premise, there is no conspiracy, incompetent idiots are in charge.

Erick says that many love their conspiracies and need them to go to sleep at night. With me, he's wrong. I would LOVE to know that all the insanity I see in this administration is due to incompetence. To think their perceived fumblings are intentional is a worse situation to me.

Born in MN in 1947. Still live here. We know Tim Walz. There is nothing he brings to strengthen Harris’ ticket. I believe this means internally, those VP candidates know she is losing and refused to be part of it. Walz had no political future, and he is expendable.

Well, this vp pick does not hurt Trump. I believe it would be devastating if Harris had picked the PA Governor as her vp pick. After Trump's Saturday's performance he needs all the help he can get.

and I was concerned for a bit that she would make a good decision... It would be a first, but she has kept her banner of listening to the loudest voices instead of reason.

Well in another headline "Middle East tensions fuel market worries and fears of global recession"

The action headline should read: "Biden Era Policies have Fueled Global Recession Fears"
