Pennsylvania Problems
Kamala Harris is sitting down with Bret Baier in Pennsylvania for an interview that will be played in its entirety tonight at 6 PM on Fox News. The interview marks a noted shift from her previous media strategy of only participating in friendly interviews with media types like Oprah, Stephen Colbert, Howard Stern, ladies from The View, and the host of Call Her Daddy.
As Harris doubles down on the must-win state of Pennsylvania, serious questions are emerging from Pennsylvania Democrats regarding the effectiveness of the campaign team Harris has assembled in the Keystone State. Labor leaders and elected Democrats in Philadelphia are sounding the alarm that the Harris campaign’s lack of focus on Democratic strongholds will fail to maximize turnout in a tied race.
20 Pennsylvania Democrats unanimously told Politico that the Harris campaign “operation is being poorly run in the nation’s biggest battleground state” while one unnamed state Democrat said, “Pennsylvania is such a mess, and it’s incredibly frustrating.”
🚨 IMPORTANT: While the RCP average has the race in a statistical tie, the polling averages of the last two races saw Donald Trump drastically outperform his state-level polling. Joe Biden led Trump in Pennsylvania by 5.6 points in 2020 but Biden only won by 1.17 points. Hillary Clinton led Trump in Pennsylvania polling by 7 points in 2016 but Trump narrowly won the state by less than one point.
The bottom line: Democrats are worried that a tied race in Pennsylvania is likely a slight Trump lead. If Trump wins Pennsylvania and Georgia, he will be elected President.
Harris on Fossil Fuels
Andy Kaczynski produced a devastating segment on CNN chronicling Harris’s flip-flopping on fossil fuels. Watch:
Stealth Edit: FBI Quietly Revises Violent Crime Stats
When the FBI originally released the “final” crime data for 2022 in September 2023, it reported that the nation’s violent crime rate fell by 2.1%. This quickly became, and remains, a Democratic Party talking point to counter Donald Trump’s claims of soaring crime.
But the FBI has quietly revised those numbers, releasing new data that shows violent crime increased in 2022 by 4.5%. The new data includes thousands more murders, rapes, robberies, and aggravated assaults.
The Bureau – which has been at the center of partisan storms – made no mention of these revisions in its September 2024 press release.

Jacqui Heinrich: Terrorists At The Border
The Biden-Harris administration now admits that an Afghan national accused of plotting an election day terror attack did not undergo certain vetting they previously claimed he passed. Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi was never vetted or approved by the State Department for special immigrant (SIV) status, despite officials from other agencies claiming that he cleared that stringent process.
Additionally, sources familiar with the investigation tell FOX that Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi was not well known to the US government when the administration facilitated his departure to the U.S., despite his security role with the CIA in Afghanistan. FOX has learned Tawhedi was employed as a local guard outside the base perimeter and he would not have been among the most thoroughly vetted U.S. partners.
The news upends claims officials made last week that Tawhedi was vetted three times: 1) to work for the CIA in Afghanistan 2) to come to the U.S. on DHS humanitarian parole during the withdrawal, and 3) when he was approved for special immigrant (SIV) status after arriving in the U.S.

Market snapshot:
Just finished watching Trump with Harris Faulkner. He's great on surface-level answers, but needs to provide more details.
When asked about 'men in womens' sports' he said, "You ban it." He should have said he'd reverse Biden's ruling that Title IX includes gender identity, which the law does not.
When asked about bringing down prices he says 'drill, baby drill.'
He needs to expand that by saying that, for farmers for example, lower fuel costs will make it less expensive to run tractors and other equipment. Shipping crops to wholesalers will cost less. Shipping orders to stores will cost less. All those savings should be reflected in lower prices on the shelf.
He needs to give more details.
