I wish I could have read the "Air conditioning to be major driver of electricity demand" but it was behind a paywall. Whether it is or not, I am will to wager that there was a climate change narrative to the article. I wonder why no one is concerned that the BIGGEST increase of electricity demand, now and scaling forward (regardless of season) is all of the data centers and AI computing.

Hamas has infiltrated America. Hamas is in congress. Let us concern ourselves with that.

Walz is a knucklehead. He also becomes friends with school shooters. He said so himself.

Michelle Obama, a/k/a Missus The One, may not be out knocking on doors for Que Mala. But Michelle is sponsoring a Get-Out-The-Degenerate-Voter tour featuring trannies, cross-dressers, and foul-mouth pop icon Cardi B.

If those folks serve to motivate Dem voters, it's safe to conclude that many Dem voters are morally dead and lost. Consider the nature of that voting block if Clueless 'n' The Commie win this election.

THE FREE PRESS. How Hamas Infiltrated Europe

MORE IMPORTANTLY: How has Hamas infiltrated American colleges under a different name? Take the Weather Underground Activists from the 60's, give them a college education to become teachers, then Professors to teach in our colleges. Have them lead by the likes of Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn (retired law professor) indoctrinating our children. Where are the parents who should ask their children when they come home from school, "What are your professors telling you?" Radical Soros backed DA Chesa Boudin, raised by Bill Ayers when his parents went to prison for murder! "Give me four years to teach the children and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted." by Vladimir Lenin

That should be both entertaining and mind-numbing to watch...

I think the "AC drives electricity needs" is a typo or is it more delusional climate change nonsense. Anyway, if anything, it should be "AI drives electricity needs." Why do you think Amazon is plunking down big bucks on small nuclear reactors...

There's a restaurant in Harper Woods, MI, which specializes in Russian/Eastern European Cuisine. It's called "The Royal Eagle". The food is amazing. Incidentally, it's on the grounds of a Russian Orthodox Monastery known as "St. Sabbas".

"Global poverty reduction has slowed to a near standstill"

Read Peter Zeihan's book "The End of the World is Just Beginning - Mapping the Collapse of Globalism"

The US funded the global order for nearly 80 years and derived benefits that are now lopsided for the top 20% and have harmed the bottom 80% and put the US is a massive hole of debt, social decay and infrastructure decay. So we are closing bases and pulling our navy from policing the seas. The net result will be that those countries slow to leverage the benefits of the US funded Global Order are too late... and some that are too reliant on the US funded Global Order will fall back.

And much of this also has to do with China having stolen and horded too much of the benefits to the detriment of many other countries that would have had a better hand up. The US supported this and made a terrible mistake in doing so.

Just finished watching Trump with Harris Faulkner. He's great on surface-level answers, but needs to provide more details.

When asked about 'men in womens' sports' he said, "You ban it." He should have said he'd reverse Biden's ruling that Title IX includes gender identity, which the law does not.

When asked about bringing down prices he says 'drill, baby drill.'

He needs to expand that by saying that, for farmers for example, lower fuel costs will make it less expensive to run tractors and other equipment. Shipping crops to wholesalers will cost less. Shipping orders to stores will cost less. All those savings should be reflected in lower prices on the shelf.

He needs to give more details.

From a policy stance, Trump is a far better vote for the future. But neither of the presidential candidates are great communicators. Trump (I'm the father of IVF!) reminds me of my grandmother, who, while a kind and generous woman, nevertheless had no filter on her mouth and didn't think how what she said would impact those she was speaking to. Harris (Unbinding the passage of time I grew up in a middle class household and we need an opportunity economy.) reminds me of my 2 year granddaughter who is still learning to think and talk. Sigh...

Trump has, to me at least, always been better vote on policy than anyone he's ever run against.

I kinda wish he waa still under that gag order. He was a much better, more focused candidate then.
