Re: Trump and SCOTUS

Notice how there's barely a peep from the Democrats over this?

The Biden Secret Docs Special Council just issued a devastating report. In his words "Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone from whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him—by then a former president well into his eighties—of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness."

He just said that Brandon is too old and feeble to appreciate and understand his criminal acts. They didn't say he didn't commit a felony when he stole these docs from a SCIF when he was a Senator, and as a VP.

They say that Garland will not allow them to press charges while Brandon is in office, and when he gets out, he will be too old and feeble to comprehend his crimes.

WOW. What does it take to pull the trigger on that 21st amendment thing?

The puppeteers are regretting picking Harris for VP. They never expected Biden to decline mentally so quickly. But she filled the usual boxes that Progressives like to check off. If they had picked a better VP candidate then Biden would have retired long ago. They are hoping that he doesn’t die in his sleep.

Get Out of Jail FREE.

Trump just got his card, right from the desk of AG Garland. The DOJ just announced that Biden “Willfully” retained classified docs as a private citizen, but that his actions were not cause for criminal charges.

I am not an attorney but even an old software guy like me understands the phrase “equal justice under the law”.

But... to Erick's prior point on this issue, Trump may be truly screwed because he lied to the Grand Jury when he denied there were any more docs in his possession. But American's will not understand the fine points here. All America will see is 2 tiered justice and the libs weaponizing the government.

At the rate Biden's cognitive abilities seem to be diminishing he will lose the election and not even realize he was in the race . You can picture him asking on election night who did Trump beat.

Or he could be removed from the ticket and still believe he's President.

Democrats don’t like America. It’s something I have known for awhile…maybe since Obama. Joe Biden and his corrupt, incompetent Administration gives me no reason to change my mind.

So now the White House thinks they have the power to secure the border?

There was not this much vacillating when it came to forgiving student loans.

So now Ronna Romney McDaniel knows what its like to work for and be "loyal" to a narcissistic lunatic who will throw you under the bus the moment you've lost your value to him. Join the crowd. Bill Barr. Gen. Kelley. Mike Pence. Jeff Sessions. The list goes on and on and on.

At least he didn't send a mob to hang her (yet).

The human debris field of former officials around this guy is pretty amazing. I do hope there are some adults who step up if he is elected again. And I cringe at the thought of 4 more years of incompetence with Biden/Harris. Lord help us.

1. Joe Biden was heard saying, "I see dead people!"

2. PETA - they are cowards. They go after soft targets but will not challenge the Wind Turbine companies whose turbines are killing eagles and birds and the whales in the Atlantic.

How about those "undocumented Americans" (Democrat Senator Murphy) flooding across the border. Democrats are so good at making up stuff. And I thought I brutalized the English language...

This was the best. On January 5, Nellie Bowles from The Free Press wrote about "migrants from Texas." In case you're not familiar with her, Nellie is a trip. She's sarcastic, hilarious, and worth my paid subscription to TFP.

'“Migrants from Texas”: No one is allowed to talk about immigrants from South America, so the new lingo is that they are migrants from Texas. CBS’s Face the Nation came out this week with an alarming story: “A plane carrying more migrants from Texas arrived in the Chicago area overnight.” (Emphasis my own.) Yes, these migrants from. . . Texas. . . are out of control. Now they are entering blue states with cowboy boots and hats and chivalry, politely opening doors for women and saying “Hook ’em.” I once heard that men from Texas will even pay for dinner, all but ensuring that blue-state women will be lost to the dangerous Texas migrants.

Meanwhile, the Biden administration this week announced that it will sue Texas if their cops arrest and deport migrants, which they can per a new state law. At the same time: New York City has severely restricted charter buses from Texas and is suing seventeen charter bus companies to stave off the migrants from Texas.

So if I’m understanding this correctly, the plan is to have an open border between Mexico and Texas, make it so no one can be deported, and then put a ban on any of these migrants from leaving Texas? If you want to go extra crazy, which I always do: look how many highly skilled workers want to move here legally and can’t. Immigrants are great; this system is insane. And, these migrants, well I’m pretty sure they aren’t from Texas.'

The word "migrant" is a multi-faceted word. For instance when I was growing up on Long Island in the 50's, migrant workers were natural-born Americans who came to harvest the potato and vegetable fields - often as family units w/ children. Thomas Sowell in his 1980's analysis "Ethnic America" differentiates between immigrants and migrants, with the former referring to foreigners coming from other countries and the latter referring to Americans who move within the country.

Interesting. My grandma has a small house on her property we've always called the "pickle house." It's where Mexican migrant workers used to live when they harvested cucumbers on her Michigan farm back when my mom was a kid in the 1950s. Maybe these workers were considered "migrants" because they went back to Mexico between harvest seasons.

Same thing where I grew up in Montana. They hoed the sugar beets every summer, entire families in the fields. Farmers provided housing.
